    Country wedding with a special flair.....

    Recently attended a wedding at this very special place! WOW just does not say enough. How special, unique, beautiful and fun the wedding was! Everyone went out of their way to make sure the wedding was extra special! Check it out, I promise you will not be disappointed!

    Could not have been more perfect.

    A beautiful country setting. Gorgeous and spacious venue with room to expand outside if needed.

    Best venue in Sampson County!

    The K Place is hands down the best venue! They are so easy to work with and through the process they felt like family! Our daughter had the wedding of her dreams and we are so thankful for this beautiful place and beautiful people. You will not be sorry if you book your wedding or venue here.

    Event at Weddings at K Place

    Just attended an event at Weddings at K Place. Wow! What a wonderful venue. Have not seen anything else like it. It is truly a unique property. The proprietors are very personable with many years’ experience in hosting events - large and small. The floor in the main hall is a must see!

    Very upset Mom

    Very disappointed with this place. Costs way too much. And they follow you around like a dog does. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you like being followed around like you are a Child they this is the place for YOU!!

    We are truly disappointed as well. We try hard to accommodate our customers’ wishes and make their day extra special.
    We provide security for the protection of our customers and guests as well as protection for our property. It is our policy for the security to remain on the property for the entire event. We had a previously agreed upon time with the customer (in writing) for the festivities to end. The groom was not ready for the party to be over and was very irate and threatening.
    Because of a personal connection, we allowed this customer many, many amenities without charge.
    We do not feel that anyone would be able find a comparable venue that would allow you days before the wedding to set up and the day after to clean up as well as the other amenities for the DISCOUNTED price that was paid.
    We take pride in our property! An Estate like ours requires special attention that most commercial properties find unnecessary. Obviously, it was necessary in this case.
