    Mary Beth played such a huge part in making my wedding so amazing. I think it was fate that we found her - our initial inspiration photo was at the same place her own wedding was held. She saw our vision, and immediately got it. Her whole team was amazing, and throughout the entire day we always had what we needed. The planning process was flawless, Mary Beth was never far from her computer to answer any questions I needed. I literally felt like the most relaxed bride, I never had any anxiety I always felt at ease and I always knew everything was taken care of. Mary Beth handled all my vendors, even those we hired before her, and ones she didn't have personal relationships with. Her timeline was to the minute, and not only was she super organized, she was also super fun to work with. Working with Mary Beth was definitely like having a pal at the ready. My wedding was her last Atlanta wedding and I was so honored to have her as part of my day!

    We hired Mary Beth Calland for my daughters May 25, 2012 wedding and it was a smart first choice. People kept asking if we were overwhelmed planning the wedding (for 120) and the answer was always "no" because Mary Beth literally took care of everything we might have worried about. Mary Beth helped to coalesce our ideas for the feel of the wedding and suggested fantastic vendors that took care of all the details. Mary Beth was always available by phone or email to answer questions and calm fears, she never gets flustered by anything! I have no doubt that Mary Beth saved us money through the great relationships she has with vendors, and they go the extra mile for her and her clients. On the actual day of the wedding my daughter and I were able to relax and have fun, there was not one detail Mary Beth and her team didn't have covered. We had spent a year scouring antique stores for pieces to decorate with and Mary Beth took charge of setting everything up as well as the not so fun task of packing it all at the end of the evening. Honestly, she was worth much more than she charged and I don't believe you could find a better more professional planner, or a sweeter person. By the end of the years planning we felt we had a new friend, not just a wedding planner.

    We originally hired Mary Beth for day-of services, and then she ended up planning quite a bit of our wedding for us - and she was fantastic! Friendly, professional, and overall great to work with. We had a pretty unusual wedding plan, and she tackled our out-of-the-box reception with complete grace. Her team was completely on-the-ball the day-of, and I found out later that she was extremely ill the whole day...it's pretty amazing that we had no clue. She was a trooper and the day went off without a hitch. I'd recommend her without any reservations.

    I knew I wanted a wedding planner from day one and most important to me was that day-of coordination piece. I jumped for joy when I found Weddings by Mary Beth, she was the only planner I found that offered "month-of" planning, it was pure perfection! We met, instantly hit it off and I knew she was the best one for the job. Although, I hired her for the "month of", she was there for me multiple times throughout the process...helping me decide flow, colors, doing site visits, helping with an invitation crisis, and even making the most wonderful impression on my parents who were skeptical about hiring a planner.

    The weekend of the wedding, Mary Beth and her team were FABULOUS! My husband and I did most of the rehearsal dinner ourselves, Mary Beth's team swooped in and took care of all the details so I could enjoy the day before with family and friends...even down to setting up and getting flowers for the tables (something I obviously forgot!). Day of wedding went off without a hitch, they took care of everything including packing up all our supplies, gifts and food (best part!) in the car, handling transportation for our guests, DJ and of course the facility and caterer. My husband and I walked away knowing everything went more smoothly than we ever imagined and everyone had a wonderful time. Honestly, I didn't have to worry about a thing!

    I would strongly recommend Mary Beth and her team to anyone who is looking for professionalism, honest opinions, experience and a planner that truly cares about her clients.

    My daughter was married on October 15, 2011. Mary Beth Calland was our wedding planner and I can truly say that I can't imagine what it would have been like is she had not been there to make sure that everything was perfect. I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my daughter on the most important day of her life. Mary Beth and staff were professional and warm. Mary Beth was calm and able to resolve everything that happened to arise. My daughter spilled red wine all over her dress at the reception. Everyone was in a state of panic and wanted to help with all sorts of remedies such as cold water or club soda to mention a few. I politely asked that we just wait a moment for Mary Beth to evaluate the situation. She came immediately with her magic liquid and a white cloth. Within 5 minutes all wine was removed from her dress and she was able to enjoy the rest of the evening without thinking about what had just happened. Simply amazing. I will always remember Mary Beth as the one who made it possible for me to be relaxed and enjoy this beautiful day. I would highly recommend her for your special day.

    Mary Beth and her team were an absolute joy to work with! They totally eased my mind and I could not have imagined my big day without her assistance. I chose the 'day of' option b/c I had planned the majority of the wedding and Mary Beth stepped in seamlessly and wrapped up all of those loose ends that you do not want to worry about on your wedding day!

    Mary Beth is the BEST! My husband and I said many times before and after the wedding that we were so glad we hired her!

    Mary Beth completely saved the day when it came to our wedding trolley. We had decided to rent a trolley for the entire bridal party and go around Nashville to take pictures after the ceremony. I called a trolley company to book in October 2010 for my May 2011 wedding - and called about three weeks before the wedding to confirm and ask questions. Thankfully, Mary Beth called all vendors the week before the wedding - because she found out that no reservation had been entered for us - and the person I had talked to a few weeks before had not been looking at his computer when he confirmed. We were afraid we would have to settle for another form of transportation - but Mary Beth managed to find us a trolley - FOUR days before our wedding!!

    I cannot even describe the relief I felt when Mary Beth and her assistant, Lucy, arrived in Nashville the Thursday before our wedding - because I knew they would make everything go smoothly. They helped out by taking our centerpiece vases, table numbers, pictures, etc. to the reception venue and even picking up my rehearsal dinner dress, and my wedding dresses! I have no idea how our wedding would have happened without them!!

    Mary Beth and Lucy were amazing on our wedding day! They made sure all the vendors arrived on time and set everything up - I did not have to worry about anything. Mary Beth also helped execute my surprise dress change by coming to pick my husband and me up at our hotel and taking us to the reception. At the reception, Mary Beth did a wonderful job of making sure the dances, cake cutting, and garter toss were well spaced out through the evening. She kept checking on us to see if we needed anything - which was so nice! I highly recommend Mary Beth! She helped to make our dream wedding come together perfectly!!

    Mary Beth is more than a wedding planner! She truly made our day the most amazing day of our lives. I always felt so important. She paid attention to every detail, and was always one step ahead. There is no one else that could have given me this special day. As I told her, she is with us til death do us part! She will plan every special event from now until then! Thank you MB for giving us the most amazing wedding we could have ever imagined! We love you!

    There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Mary Beth is. There is not one detail that she overlooks and she goes above and beyond what is expected. She and her staff are professional and they anticipate your every need. Our daughters wedding was outstanding and was everything we hoped for thanks to her hard work. She has so many wonderful ideas and we appreciate all the little things she did for us. She makes you feel so special and you can rest assured that she will and does do anything to make your wedding day a success and everything you ever dreamed it would be. I can't wait to hire her again for my other daughter's wedding in the future. Thank you so much to Mary Beth and her staff for giving my daughter such a beautiful wedding day to cherish and remember the rest of her life.

    Mary Beth and her crew were INCREDIBLE!! I was shocked at how the level of professionalism in their work meshed so well with their ability to pleasantly and politely handle any situation that arose. Our wedding went off with a bang, and she and her staff took care of everything. There wasn't a detail left out, and Mary Beth was there for me any time I had a question-- related to wedding or not. All of my guests were so impressed by the timing of everything, and it all remained so organized without me or my groom having to worry about anything other than greeting, hugging, dancing, and kissing. I would recommend Weddings by Mary Beth to anyone getting married in or around the Southeastern US (or beyond...perhaps). I absolutely would not have enjoyed my wedding even near to the extent that I did with their services, which is the whole point, isn't it?? Loved her and wish I could assign more stars...

    Mary Beth was wonderful! She listened to what the bride wanted and offered advice when asked. She went the extra mile and seemed to be everywhere!

    Mary Beth was nothing short of fantastic! I felt like she cared as much about the details of the wedding day as my family and I did. She sewed accent pillows for the reception, steamed tablecloths, steamed my veil late at night before the wedding day, set up the reception venue, ran the wedding rehearsal so smoothly, and handled phone calls on the day of the wedding so my mother and I would not have anything to worry about. This list only begins to scratch the surface of how much her eye for detail and dedication contributed to the wedding. If you choose Mary Beth to be your wedding coordinator I would not be surprised for you to end up feeling that choosing her was the best decision you made regarding your wedding... other than choosing your spouse, of course =)
