  Naming our firstborn child "Roma"

  What can I say? Weddings by Roma was an absolute dream to work with. I reached out to Roma for wedding coordination services as well as to help us with event design/decoration for a pre-wedding event. Roma helped us put together an extremely detailed and thoughtful timeline for each event. She set up check-in calls with each of our vendors to go through the run of show and communicated with them independently to make sure they met our venue's insurance requirements. She tracked down my caterer when he was being unresponsive to me and even spotted issues in our wedding contracts (our caterer had the wrong venue address for example...) and fixed them before they became a problem. She is so pleasant and communicative and just makes you feel like you are going to have the best day ever - which you will if you work with her! She also has great relationships with other vendors (she and our DJ had worked together on many weddings before) and they all speak highly of her.
  
  I would have sang Roma's praises from the rooftops just with her help communicating with our vendors and creating our timeline. But then the day of my wedding, my makeup artist called me at 6am saying she had to cancel and would only be sending her assistant. Obviously with our timeline the assistant wouldn't have been able to complete all of the bridal party's looks unless they started hours early (not feasible). So Roma found a local replacement makeup artist THAT MORNING to do my mom and sister's makeup, with no change to our timeline! I cannot express how much peace of mind Roma's swift action gave us all to move forward with the day as planned. My husband and I are such big fans of hers that we are considering naming our firstborn child after her.

  The BEST wedding coordinator!

  We had the wedding of our dreams and I completely attribute it to Roma's calming presence, attention to detail, and organization. She was so open to hearing our vision for the wedding and was steadfast in honoring that vision.
  
  From the first communication I felt like I could trust Roma completely. Planning a lesbian wedding we were nervous picking our vendors that they would truly support an LGBTQ wedding and Roma made my wife and I feel so supported and respected. She was so easy to talk to it felt like we had hired another maid of honor!
  
  During the month leading up to the wedding she handled so many of the logistics that I remember saying "Aren't I supposed to be stressed?" She took that unfortunate aspect of wedding planning completely away!
  
  On the day of she was present and somehow seemed to be in a million places at once but with grace and distance that allowed us to be present in the moment. She handled last minute changes to the seating chart, helped wrangle our giant Italian families, advocated for us at the wedding, and so much more.
  
  I read a lot of reviews prior to selecting vendors so I hope this reaches future brides considering working with Roma-- we cannot recommend her enough!

  Amazing Wedding Planner

  Roma is a gem! We can’t thank her enough for all she did to make our wedding day perfect. It was a magical day because of her! Roma was recommended by a dear friend and it was the best and easiest decision we could’ve made. From the beginning, Roma listened to our vision, gave creative recommendations and very helpful advice. She was exactly what we were looking for and our personalities vibed which was tremendous for us personally. Her calm demeanor and witty sense of humor made the planning process so easy and was the saving grace in stressful moments. With one look, she could easily tell what I was thinking and we both understood each other like lifelong friends. It was wonderful always having her by our side; she came to all of our vendor meetings and even traveled through a horrendous storm! Throughout the planning process she was always reachable even with her busy schedule. She would check in to make sure things were squared away with the vendors and everything stayed on track and within budget. She is very knowledgeable and very detail oriented, it really helped keep everything organized and on track with our timeline. Her eye for décor, knowledge of florals and floor planning gave us the ambiance we desired for our wedding and reflected our style and vision. Her knowledge of florals still amazes me! We were blown away when we saw everything put together and come to life. On the wedding day, she was always within earshot and made sure everything went off without a hitch. From start to finish, Roma and her team handled every little detail, from setup, to breakdown and everything in between. We were able to enjoy our wedding and spend time with our loved ones. It was perfect, more than what we could have imagined! Roma is graceful, knowledgeable, and professional, we highly recommend her.   Partial Wedding Planner

  I had been researching wedding planners and had almost given up on the process until I luckily found Roma on wedding wire! She was not only so amazing to work with, but also so affordable. Roma went above and beyond her scope of work and truly made myself and my now husband feel confident about our wedding day as planning can be overwhelming and stressful. She guided us through the last few months and executed our wedding day perfectly. Highly recommend using Roma!

  We want to start by saying that we could not be more grateful to have found Roma in our search for our perfect wedding planner. From the moment we started picturing our big day, we knew we wanted to blend our Indian and American backgrounds into a fusion wedding that best represented us while honoring our family’s wishes. As two people with a busy work and social life, we struggled to figure out how we could manage this. That was until we met Roma. From our first call, we found that Roma was detail-oriented, knowledgeable about weddings of all cultures, flexible, and, most of all, easy to talk to. We knew she was the perfect wedding planner for us!
  
  Roma has a strong network in the industry! She introduced us to incredible vendors at various price ranges and was more than happy to make new connections with vendors we found along the way.   Great Service

  Roma was great to work with.  Responsive and accommodating.  She worked with us to get as much into our busy wedding day schedule was possible.  She also did a great job of setting up the sweet heart table the way we wanted it.

Being a bride from out of town, she was flexible in meeting with me virtually to discuss our needs. The month leading up to the wedding, we met adequate enough times to finalize plans. Being a Type A person, I had already started working on a schedule for the wedding day before meeting with Roma only to find out that she was going to develop the schedule and coordinate with ALL the vendors as well for me! Huge relief.

  Roma was an excellent day of coordinator, from the moment I hire her she gave me piece of mind. She took over all vendors communications. Which honestly was a huge help. No one tells you how are planning a wedding can be on your own. Roma had excellent ideas and even advocated for me when I was being too nice to venders. My wedding ran smooth all due to Roma. I highly recommend her!!!

  Roma is amazing!!

  We highly recommend Roma if you are looking for a wedding planner! She was professional, organized, helpful and responsive throughout our whole journey! I was so amazed at how detailed the timeline is that she put together for us. We had a mixed Western/Chinese wedding. Words can’t even express how much we appreciate Roma especially on the day of the wedding. We had 3 different locations for our wedding, from door game starting at 9 AM to tea ceremonies (in two different locations) to the ceremony and to the reception, Roma was on top of everything!! She guided us and made sure we were on time. Thank you so much Roma! We honestly wouldn’t have been able to pull off that day without her.

  Roma was amazing! We booked her as our day of coordinator for our wedding and could not have been happier with how everything ran. Roma is incredibly professional, punctual, responsive, and an absolute joy to work with. She understood our vision and brought it to life while dealing with vendors, day of hiccups, and all the small things so that we could enjoy the day stress-free.   Our wedding in Shelter Island, NY

  Roma was amazing! Her planning and enthusiasm made the process so much easier for me, especially since I do not live close by. From the beginning, Roma was involved, offering her opinion when needed, without being pushy. She researched and contacted other vendors for me so that we could compare and make choices more easily. She was always available to talk/text or email. Our wedding went off beautifully, thanks to Roma. The money we paid for Roma's services was the best investment we made in our wedding planning.

  I just used Roma for my 8/27 wedding and I highly recommend. She was the most affordable in the area, too! I’m from Boston and was trying to plan the wedding at my family’s home on Long Island. As soon as I booked with Roma she was willing to coordinate with me (knowing that I wasn’t on Long Island too often). Much closer to the wedding: I had a “tough” caterer who just wanted everything his way- Roma took over with him completely and told me that all communication with him would go through her. I am a total control freak and could have passed even more to her and she would have happily completed the task. In short, i would hire her again in a heartbeat 💓

  Top notch!

  We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Roma was very proactive especially with making sure everything was in order with the outside vendors. She also spent valuable time with us in order to have a great understanding of how exactly we wanted our wedding day to go. Any issue or concern we had, big or small, she was all over it. Most importantly, she was fun and easy to work with!

  A great experience

  I really enjoyed working with Roma for my wedding decorations. She helped bring my vision to life for our big day and was great at last minute suggestions to really enhance the decor! Roma is prompt, easy to work with and I would not hesitate to ask for her help for any of our future events!

  Roma is the absolute best wedding planner ! She was with me through multiple rescheduling due to COVID - she always had a smile on her face. From planning a big wedding to something intimate she made sure I had the perfect wedding !

  Roma did an excellent job with our floral needs for our wedding day. Her price was reasonable for what we wanted compared to the other vendors that we contacted. She understood our vision and was accommodating with change requests when I wanted some flower color changes at our sample look day. On the day of the wedding everything went smoothly from the bouquets to the center pieces and the moving of our floral arch from the wedding ceremony to reception area. Roma and her team worked quickly and flawlessly to make our wedding beautiful and all the photos came out gorgeous thanks to her flowers.

  Beautiful mandap and centerpieces

  Roma did an absolutely beautiful job with our mandap and decorations. We requested ivory, peach and blush flowers in the mandap, with plenty of greenery as well, and everything looked perfect. The centerpieces were rustic, chic and beautiful as well. Thank you, Roma!

Such an easy person to work with; she made the entire experience so pleasant and enjoyable. I had a week of wedding events and Roma worked with me on designing the look for my sangeet and wedding ceremony days which had between 300 - 400 guests each.
  
  I wanted a lot of Very specific elements for each event in terms of fabrics, colors, lighting, furniture e.t.c. that I actually sketched out for her. She was able to find every single thing I asked for and give her own unique touches and beautiful ideas to the final looks bringing it all together. Roma is very creative and thoughtful in her approach. She was also so accommodating and always responded to my late night calls and texts almost right away!
  
  Additionally, I worked with her directly for many months leading up to the events and we even went on a site visit to one of the venues to map out the staging on the field so that she can see what type of land we were working with, measurements as well as the logistics of bringing everything in. For the wedding day she actually ended up working throughout the night setting up in time for our morning ceremony since the venue was so strict with letting us prep a day ahead. I'm grateful that she was so understanding of the vision I had which she brought to life...even better than I had hoped for!
  
  The most wonderful thing about working with Roma is that she wasn't transactional at all and I didn't feel like just "another" bride. She felt like a true family member and engaged with me and my parents/brothers/cousins comfortably in conversations with lots of laughs and fun through the many months of planning. I will always remember that!
