  I highly recommend going here to get married! We asked last minute and she not only fit us into her schedule but was very welcoming into her home and super nice! Great professionalism and respect was shown!

  My fiancé and I have been in a relationship for over 6 years, having lived together most of these years. With our ages in the latter 50's and past marriages, we desired to exchange our vows in an "elopement style". He found Valise, a notary and a wedding officiant that was just minutes from our home in Chapel Hill. We had a tight schedule and she was very flexible, courteous and professional when my fiance called to set up a date and time latter that week. She explained everything we needed to bring and arrived to her place of residence on Saturday evening, a week prior to Christmas. We are very pleased and appreciative of Valise Jackson's friendly, personable and professionalism. She officiated our ceremony in her romantic, cozy and festive living area in her home. The lighting was low and cozy. We definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a traditional wedding or just "wants to say I do". Her pricing and services were excellent!

  My husband and I decided to have our personal ceremony now and our big wedding later. I searched on Wedding Wire and came upon Valise as local officiant. Right from the start, she was really open with communication and very flexible when we changed our ceremony time twice. She had wedding packages that fit any budget and style. We did the ‘Just Make It Official’ package which was perfect for what we needed now. She is super friendly and her venue has different set ups that made it feel nice and cozy.
  
  If you’re looking for an officiant that communicates effectively, has a venue or can come to you and is reasonable priced, I highly recommend Valise.

  I LOVED her! Such a cute little house and lady. She was so sweet and welcoming. Her house was adorable! Made us all feel so special that night! Me and my sister decided to marry our now husbands the same night and she was very flexible with us and our timing. Just overall amazing experience, I definitely recommend!!!!

  I am due to PCS soon and Mrs. Jackson was able to set up an appointment to wed my wife and I in a timely matter. The scenery was beautiful and would recommend to anyone wanting to elope or otherwise.

  Valise is very professional and nice. Our civil service went smoothly and quickly. She engaged in brief, pleasant conversation before the ceremony, performed it in a fun manner... and reminded us to look at each other, not her, during our vows! :) I'll recommend her to anyone in the future should the question arise.   Renewal Vows Ceremony

  I dont know how to start. I had just days to find someone to do Me and my husband Josh vow renewal ceremony. We live in Florida and went to Tennessee. The location I stood in there was no one within the areanthat does this type of ceremony. She understood our situation and even though it was gonna take her over a hour to me then one hour to go back over 2hrs total.. She did me the favor and even drove all that way and came to where we were staying. She spent alot of her own time to write a script and even incorporate my kids by name, grandkids by name and my mom as well. What she wrote in her script was so touching that Me. my husband, kids and my mom was all crying including herself as she read her script. There was not a dry eye. She helped with pictures. she is the most down to earth, compassionate, heart of Gold person I know. Theres no money amount that is worth her services she didn't even charge me for the distance she drove nor the time frame she spent on us and even included a print out of her script. I found that touching.. Beyond our expectations! I earned a friend. You will not regret using her services trust me. She has 5 stars for that reason across the board. I would of rated her 10+ if I could. She is extremely highly recommended. Truly the BEST hands down!!

  An Ideal Wedding

  We decided to get married on short notice after hanging delayed for over a year. Valise was able to accommodate our ceremony on a very busy day (Halloween) and work our story into the ceremony. Everything was lovely.

Our guest were all feeling the emotions of Love, Joy, Romance and all the unexpected sentiment! We really loved her work. She's a special officiant.
