Ingrid is AMAZING! I was having a destination wedding in Costa Rica for 39 guest. Hosting a wedding in another country that you have never been to, can't speak the language very well, and have no idea where to start with vendors can be daunting! Like every bride, you want it to look beautiful, you want it to represent you as a couple and you want your guest to be wowed! Ingrid made all of this possible! She had recommendations for every possible need for a wedding. She would show you examples from the vendors and share her personal experience with them. If by some chance the list of vendors she provides for you doesn't fit your style or budget she will happily research more options for you! Planning a wedding over e-mail may seem crazy, but with Ingrid at your side it's easy and amazing! She constantly reassured me that things would be taken care of, that she wanted to make it special for us, and make the wedding of our dreams happen! She was respectful of our budget and had great input for ideas to make things unique or special. She always has a positive attitude and made me feel important and that we were in it together. She made planning a wedding easy! When we finally arrived to Costa Rica Ingrid met with us to review all details of the wedding. She ran any errands that needed to be completed, she didn't want us to stress on our vacation/wedding and so she took care of any loose ends. On the day of our rehearsal dinner and the wedding she was the very first to arrive (even before I woke up) setting things up, telling vendors where to go, what to do, contacting all businesses to confirm deliveries and cost etc. Ingrid is wise beyond her years! I wish I could book her for all of life's events! She is not only extremely professional but she makes you feel like a friend. I was so happy with EVERY THING she did to make our day perfect. I can't say enough good things about her! If you are having a wedding in Costa Rica... you NEED Ingrid on your team!
