  Ingrid was amazing! Words can't explain how relaxing and confident I felt with her on our day. I told her my ideas and she brought them to life for a magical evening for me and my guests.
  Really a top notch person who I was lucky to have help and made me feel confident that everything was 100% under control. If you think you do not need a planner you are incorrect you need THIS PLANNER!!!!! Thank you!

  Ingrid was such a pleasure to work with as our wedding coordinator, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience of working with her!
  
  When my husband and I initially chose to do a destination wedding, I was worried how the planning would go, but Ingrid was extremely responsive and easy to work with. It gave us peace of mind working with someone we could trust.
  
  Ingrid was there during the entire planning process to provide guidance and recommendations that lead to a wonderful event. I was impressed with how organized she was and how flexible and accommodating she was when we had changes or additions.
  
  She has many connections in the area and is willing to work with you to find the vendors/supplies that fit with your vision. She also worked with us to find options within our budget, and we never felt pressure to increase our budget or add items on.
  
  We received so many complements from family members on all aspects of the wedding — from the food and decor to the ceremony officiant. As the bride I cannot stress how pleased I am with how everything turned out.

  Ingrid was fantastic! We were planning our wedding from Atanta and it was great to have Ingrid handle all the details! On the day of our ceremony it poured rain but I was so hoping to get married outside and she was so patient and willing to move the all the wedding chairs and tables back outside once the rain stopped! She definitely made our experience memorable!

  Ingrid is AMAZING! I was having a destination wedding in Costa Rica for 39 guest. Hosting a wedding in another country that you have never been to, can't speak the language very well, and have no idea where to start with vendors can be daunting! Like every bride, you want it to look beautiful, you want it to represent you as a couple and you want your guest to be wowed! Ingrid made all of this possible! She had recommendations for every possible need for a wedding. She would show you examples from the vendors and share her personal experience with them. If by some chance the list of vendors she provides for you doesn't fit your style or budget she will happily research more options for you! Planning a wedding over e-mail may seem crazy, but with Ingrid at your side it's easy and amazing! She constantly reassured me that things would be taken care of, that she wanted to make it special for us, and make the wedding of our dreams happen! She was respectful of our budget and had great input for ideas to make things unique or special. She always has a positive attitude and made me feel important and that we were in it together. She made planning a wedding easy! When we finally arrived to Costa Rica Ingrid met with us to review all details of the wedding. She ran any errands that needed to be completed, she didn't want us to stress on our vacation/wedding and so she took care of any loose ends. On the day of our rehearsal dinner and the wedding she was the very first to arrive (even before I woke up) setting things up, telling vendors where to go, what to do, contacting all businesses to confirm deliveries and cost etc. Ingrid is wise beyond her years! I wish I could book her for all of life's events! She is not only extremely professional but she makes you feel like a friend. I was so happy with EVERY THING she did to make our day perfect. I can't say enough good things about her! If you are having a wedding in Costa Rica... you NEED Ingrid on your team!
