  Rawson Hines Wedding 2-2020

  Wendy photographed my daughters wedding and I cannot even begin to tell you how happy we were with the entire process. Her sweet personality is perfect to balance an anxious bride and capture all the moments. I hardly knew she was there! You would not be disappointed if you have Wendy as your photographer. Her vision is unique and her ideas are amazing!!!!

  Wendy was an absolute pleasure to work with! Two days before my wedding, she had a family emergency and was not able to shoot my wedding. Before she could even call me, she had already lined up another photographer to cover the day. She handled the problem before I even knew about it! The photographer she lined up was truly wonderful. Wendy then edited the photos, so they still had the crisp, traditional style of hers that I loved! We could not have asked for a better experience, despite the hiccups. She was professional, communicated promptly, and her prices were reasonable for the quality of her work. We highly recommend her!

  Wendy was one of the best photographers I have ever worked or come into contact with. I first saw her photos from a friend of mine who also used her as a wedding photographer and immediately fell in love with her style and the way she beautifully captured every aspect of her wedding day. After speaking with her on the phone for just a short time I knew she would be so easy to work with and was the only person I would want photographing my wedding day. On meeting her for the first time, she completely exceeded my expectations. I felt like we had already been friends for a while, and we greeted each other with a hug. She was so sweet and made me feel totally at ease during my bridal session because I was a little nervous since it was my first time posing in professional pictures! I was completely blown away by the quality of my bridal pictures and she accommodated me every step of the way in planning a schedule for the day of the wedding, even when we had to change the schedule up 3 times to get the timing right due to restrictions at the reception hall. The day of the wedding she gave everyone good direction about where to stand, what to do and where to be for posed photos, but also took great candids photos from just the right spots without ever being in the way! She was also very available if ever I had a question or something I needed to change. Another thing that I loved about Wendy's services was the care and time she took into preparing items to send to me that we ordered. The discs came in beautifully wrapped packages and the disc case contained beautiful photos from the shoot on the cover. Those were a keepsake in themselves. I really appreciated the extra time she put in to do this! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for any event and hope that I get to work with her in the future.

Wendy was an absolute joy to work with. She does a fantastic job of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera and capturing all those special candid moments. She knows exactly when you might need a little direction posing, and when to step back and capture how you naturally interact. I am so so happy with the way our engagement and wedding photos turned out. Looking at each picture, it is clear that Wendy is gifted and passionate about what she does. Thanks Wendy!

  As a bride who was a planning a wedding long-distance (from Washington, D.C.), I was quite nervous about choosing vendors whom I wouldn't meet face-to-face until close to the big day. My must-haves: a) non-intrusive / candid photography style; b) high quality work; and c) the option to have personal digital rights to all of my wedding photos (some photographers do not grant a copyright release).
  
  Working with Wendy was fantastic. She was highly responsive via e-mail and arranged the formal portrait schedule and other logistics well in advance of the date. We met her four months before the wedding for our engagement shoot. She is warm, funny, relaxed and kind and really brought my husband and I out of our respective shells in terms of being photography subjects. We took the photos on a walkabout in downtown Mobile and her suggested poses / backgrounds came out really well.
  
  We worked with her again three more times: for bridal portraits, the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. The quality and dedication of her work was top-notch. Wendy and her assistant were professional, courteous and punctual for every single event. Both our families loved working with her and most of our guests commented that they didn't even know there were photographers at all -- Wendy and her assistant were that stealth. She took creative angles in the church and wonderful candids of all our guests during the parties - exactly what I wanted. The wedding party and family portraits were stunning. We received a beautiful leather bound album from her and all of digital images (literally thousands of photos over 5 discs).
  
  I would recommend working with Wendy Wilson in a heartbeat. Her photography services are worth every penny.

  I am not giving all five stars because I'm super nice. I'm giving Wendy Wilson Photography all five stars because 200 stars is not available. I have never felt so beautiful and special then on my wedding day and Wendy captured it all. She was so sweet and so fun and unbelievably talented. It's so fun to look back at pictures of your special day and see that someone captured all the special details. This is not a job for Wendy, she is passionate and artistic and it shows in every image! I couldn't be happier!

  I couldn't have asked for more in a photographer! Wendy Wilson was polite, flexible, extremely easy to work with, and an AMAZING photographer! We have the most gorgeous wedding photos thanks to her. I will truly cherish that day for the rest of my life, and now I have beautiful pictures to help me remember every single moment. I recommend her to all of my friends that are looking for a photographer! She truly is the best.

  We fell in love with Wendy with her website. Then we met and everything fell into place. Our engagement pictures were amazing and she was so willing to go outside of the box with our pictures. With how awesome those pictures turned out, we knew that our wedding pictures would be amazing. Wendy is so great to work with and when we werent doing posed pictures, you never knew she was there!! If you looking for someone you can totally be yourself with, then I would recommend going with Wendy Wilson Photography!

  Wendy is so amazing! I am so thankful that she was the one to cover my special day. When looking for a photographer to shoot my wedding she was the only one I wanted, because I was already familiar with her work and knew that I could trust her with such a special occasion. Wendy also did my Engagement, and Bridal portraits and I knew that there was absolutely no one else that would get the job done as I knew Wendy would.
  Besides just doing wonderful work, Wendy is the type of person who truly cares about her clients and gives them what they want and so much more! She is very flexible and you can tell by looking at her work that she has a passion for what she does. She works wonders on finding all the special moments to capture of a couple on their special day. She also knows exactly how to capture the emotion of all the friends and family that surround a couple during the intimate moments that matter most. When I look back at all my photos I relive my wedding, and all the moments are so perfectly captured that it brings tears of joy to my eyes. I have even had guest comment on how great it was having Wendy there. It was honestly like having a friend taking all the pictures rather than someone just doing a job! I would recommend Wendy to ANYONE seeking a photographer and I will certainly be using her for all my future photography needs.

  When I became engaged in August of 2011 I was so excited, but my excitement soon gave way to the anxiety and overwhelming stress of trying to plan a wedding during my senior year of college when the location of our wedding, Mobile, AL, was eight hours away. Almost all of my planning, vendor bookings and viewings had to be done in a very limited amount of time during school breaks or over the phone/via internet.
  
  I love pictures and knew that was one area of our wedding I did not want to skimp on, but when I started looking at photographers and their packages I realized that $3000-5000 was the going price for the quality and services I wanted: at least 8 hours, the ability to own my photos, professional quality, etc.
  
  My Dad had mentioned to me that two girls in his office had used a local photographer, Wendy Wilson, for their weddings and the pictures were beautiful. So he had one of the girls forward me the website. I instantly fell in love with Wendy’s website; it was so cute and yet professional, she offered a wide array of pictures in her portfolio, and then came the moment of truth….her pricing. It was phenomenal! Everything I wanted at the price I could afford.
  
  But what really impressed me the most and made me choose Wendy was that she contacted me. She called to introduce herself, ask if I had any questions and say that she would love to photograph our special day. No other photographer (not even one of my sister’s very good friends) or any other vendor for that matter, made that kind of effort.
  
  I was not disappointed in the least with Wendy. She was accommodating to all of my requests, instructions, likes, dislikes, wants, needs, everything in the most professional, yet endearing manner—even though she probably thought I was an insane bridezilla—she did exactly what I wanted while still offering her own artistic and cleaver take on the photography.
  
  I did not meet Wendy in person until the day of our wedding (my scheduling conflicts, not her she was always more than willing to meet) and I felt completely at ease with her. She arranged all of us in flattering and creative ways. She was everywhere during the pre-wedding activities, the ceremony, reception and even when the party shut down and everyone went home taking most beautiful photos, capturing moments I was so happy to be able to relive and moments I had missed because I was distracted.
  
  And I was not let down after our wedding. Prior to receive our photos she made a gorgeous slide-show and even took the time to set it to our song Friday I’m in Love. Everyone thought it was the neatest thing they had ever seen! My mom even asked for it on DVD. Our photos were sent to us on CDs in the timeliest manner, about 3 1/2 weeks after our wedding, and were received in a unique and thoughtful CD case. It had different pictures from our wedding printed on it, so even the case is a keepsake of our day!
  
  Wendy did an amazing job, so much so my Mom wants to take our family pictures with her from now on and Mobile is a 45 minute drive from my parent’s house. She even sent us a Christmas card and ornament for our first Christmas together. If you choose Wendy you will not be disappointed! I was so happy with her. An amazingly talented photographer and the sweetest lady you will ever meet!

  I did not meet Wendy in person until the day of our wedding (my scheduling conflicts, not her she was always more than willing to meet) and I felt completely at ease with her. She arranged all of us in flattering and creative ways. She was everywhere during the pre-wedding activities, the ceremony, reception and even when the party shut down and everyone went home taking most beautiful photos, capturing moments I was so happy to be able to relive and moments I had missed because I was distracted.
  
  And I was not let down after our wedding. Prior to receive our photos she made a gorgeous slide-show and even took the time to set it to our song Friday I’m in Love. Everyone thought it was the neatest thing they had ever seen! My mom even asked for it on DVD. Our photos were sent to us on CDs in the timeliest manner, about 3 1/2 weeks after our wedding, and were received in a unique and thoughtful CD case. It had different pictures from our wedding printed on it, so even the case is a keepsake of our day!
  
  Wendy did an amazing job, so much so my Mom wants to take our family pictures with her from now on and Mobile is a 45 minute drive from my parent’s house. She even sent us a Christmas card and ornament for our first Christmas together. If you choose Wendy you will not be disappointed! I was so happy with her. An amazingly talented photographer and the sweetest lady you will ever meet!

  We organized our wedding in Thailand. Wendy flew there and took the most amazing pictures. She has an eye for the details and helped the Groom and groosmen that were not as comfortable as models.
  I was really please with all the pictures, she was really focused all day long in building a portfolio documentary. We now have wonderful memories
