  Hire Heather now, she's amazing!

  I cannot recommend Heather with When Hearts Unite enough! I came to her as a bride who had just battled firing a past planner and Heather was kind, understanding, and honest. Her and I clicked instantly and it was only up from there. She was SO responsive and communicative and even caught issues that I thought had been solved by my past planner. She’s thorough, logistics minded, and has an amazing eye for design and knew exactly how to bring my vision to life. So many of my friends and family came to me after the wedding and talked about how amazing she was the day of too. Heather and I’s paths crossing got me through the last few months of planning with such a peace that I will never be able to thank her for. Do yourself a favor and hire her immediately!

  The BEST coordinator!!

  Words cannot express how much we appreciate Heather!! She made our day run so smoothly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! She used her vendor network to help us get better deals, when she could, in one instance she did this even after we had a signed contract! She met with us several times to get a full sense of what our preferences were and then used that information to coordinate with everyone on our vendor team. She even became intimately familiar with the contract details in order to be able to effectively manage the details in order to support us, and our vendors. On the day of, she handled incidents behind the scenes, so we didn't have to he bothered. She commanded attention and was able to keep our wedding on track and flowing seamlessly. She knew that I was a little wary about decor (I'm just not very creative in that way!), so she went out of her way to send suggestions and then took what we had and decorated the room beautifully. We can't speak highly enough about our experience and HIGHLY recommend Heather with When Hearts Unite! This is probably the best money we spent out of our wedding budget!

  Heather an outstanding wedding planner/ coordinator

  Our daughter Misha & Jordan's wedding was held on the 20th of May ( last month) Everything went on well from the beginning to the end in a glamorous way with professionalism. It was planned and executed extremely very well by Heather and your amazing hard work was greatly appreciated. The beautiful and creative decorations were admired by the guests and the talk about it is still continuing in our family circle.   Best Coordinator Ever!!

She created our timeline and helped us with details that would make sense logistically and meet our vision. Leading up to the day, we had a few *surprises* pop up, but she handled everything seamlessly and eased our worries. On the day of, she was amazing!   Would hire Heather 100 times over!

  Heather was everything we needed for our wedding day- and more! She was so organized, thoughtful, and responsive from the second we hired her. She sent us planning forms that were so helpful and mentioned things that we hadn't even thought about! We met a few times before the wedding to make sure everything was in place and ready. Heather helped set up, clean up, and direct the show with such grace and ease. Truly could not recommend her more to anyone who is getting married!

  Heather did an amazing job as our month of coordinator!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

  I definitely recommend Heather as a month of coordinator!! She did an amazing job executing the most perfect day we could've asked for. There were so many little details that we had never thought of until she was there to help us plan. She went above and beyond helping us set everything up and taking it all down. Also, our venue had a house on the property and she even helped clean it up. 10/10 recommend!!!

  Heather Aaron is the best in the business!

  Heather blew us away. Our wedding was a month ago and we are still telling everyone we know how amazing she was.
  
  We hired Heather for Day of coordination and she started a couple months before. I am a type A personality and my wedding planning was no exception to this. I needed every detail to be perfect, I drove myself crazy trying to track items and vendors. The second Heather started all of my stress disappeared. She has a reassurance and charisma that is beyond fit for this business.   Heather was great! She was very responsive and managed all of our vendors and contact with them. She helped set up for our wedding and made wedding planning easy and fun and made our wedding day and day that we could enjoy.

  Wedding coordinator

  Heather has been amazing every step of the way so far! We have had to postpone our wedding 2 times now due to covid and Heather has been there from hiring vendors to calling to cancel or just keeping in touch during the long months in between while waiting for the special day!!! I do not know what I would do with out her she seriously takes away so much extra Stress and feels like talking to a girlfriend I’ve had for my entire life ❤️ So lucky to have found her to help us on our special day when ever it eventually happens!!!

  Wonderful Experience even during the Pandemic

  We hired Heather for our December 2020 wedding and we were INCREDIBLY grateful to have her. Heather did an excellent job of keeping up with the ever changing COVID19 rules, working with our vendors to renegotiate, reschedule, and cancel contracts (we didn't lose any money with Heather's help), and re-envision what our ceremony could look like during the pandemic. She was in tough with us very regularly through text and even and always responded on the same day. Her organization was excellent! Heather also took on the majority of our decorating within the church for the ceremony. She has a wonderful eye for design and an even better work ethic. Heather did everything in her power to make our wedding beautiful and memorable even in tough circumstances. We have already hired her again to help us with our "Reception" when it's safe to have a party again.

  Passionate- Great for Smaller Weddings

  Heather has a fun and bubbly personality that would make anyone want to be around her. She was professional, and I could tell that she was passionate about weddings. She was knowledgeable, and helpful with looking over contracts. She was a great mediator for family drama, and I could tell she always wanted to have my back. She was on top of answering questions, and did her research to make sure she was giving accurate information.
  
  If I were to do my wedding over again, I would have spent a little more money to hire a team of people instead of just one individual planner. Having a larger wedding of 135 people, and a spread out venue was too much for one person. Heather had to miss multiple meetings due to childcare issues, sickness, rain, and more. She cancelled last minute on our Rehearsal Dinner, and also did not do a run through of the ceremony the day of the wedding like it stated in our day-of timeline. Because of that, our wedding party didn't have practice before the ceremony. It was embarrassing and hectic for my aunt and sister to have to step in and try to tell the wedding party where to go, and what to do moments before walking out in front of our closest family and friends.
  
  There were things that Heather promised to do that she fell short on. At our meetings with the photographers prior to the wedding she promised she would be there to direct family members where to go during Family Portraits at Cocktail Hour. She didn't show up until the last few minutes. She also offered and promised that she would check into our hotel room for me and my husband, take our bags, and leave some food for us there. She even offered to plug our phone chargers in so they were ready to go. None of this happened. My husband and I ended up having to wait at the front desk for an hour after our reception was over until someone came to help us. We were exhausted and frustrated at the lack of communication. If we had known we weren't checked in we could have had someone else help us. My family tried to shield me from the chaos going on the day of the wedding, but afterwards they mentioned just how much they had to run around to try to do the things that were missed or forgotten. I think Heather is a great person, and she would be wonderful for smaller weddings, but I think she took on too much for one person at my wedding.

  Thank you for your feedback. I am truly sorry that you feel that way and were left anything less than happy about my services on your wedding day! I would have liked to have had the opportunity to speak to the two of you to discuss the way you feel.
  I have learned from this that there may be specific things that the bride/couple may want/require me to bring to their attention or to know in the event of a concern instead of appointed individuals. I am currently in the process of expanding by bringing on assistants for such weddings that require the additional help, such as a larger venue. It is always my goal to do my best to provide the best service to all of my couples!
