The attention and detail we received during our stay was awesome. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful historic bed and breakfast was the perfect place for our elopement.

Everything about our experience with The White Doe Inn was perfection. We were welcomed like family and will never forget how special they made our day. We will be going back for many years to come.

My husband and I eloped at the White Doe Inn and could not have asked for a better experience. The B&B offers many different wedding packages to meet your needs and they can be tailored to fit your special day. The historic home and gardens are immaculate and charming, offering many areas to perform the ceremony or use for wedding photos. And with the White Doe Inn being so close to downtown Manteo, you can choose to have the ceremony at the Manteo waterfront or just down the road at Nags Head beach. The Innkeeper, Liz, is very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She worked with us to coordinate our dream elopement and make the planning/event as stress free as possible. Our elopement package included the ceremony location, officiant, photographer, bouquet and boutonniere, 4 course meal (with 4 additional guests), wedding cake, and champagne with complimentary glasses to toast. We also stayed at the B&B for two nights in the most adorable suite with a private balcony, which included a 4 course breakfast each morning. The inn offers additional services/indulgences to add to your experience such as chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, a bouquet of roses, and silk rose petals upon arrival. Everything about our stay and ceremony was fantastic!

I did include some pictures that we took before and during the event. Our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago. So, we haven't received our final pictures from the photographer, but all of her work is amazing! We can't wait to see all the beautiful moments she captured!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food ( breakfast and refreshments) was delicious and met our specific dietary needs. The Inn including our room was beautifully furnished and cozy.

My husband and I eloped at the White Doe Inn and it could not have been more perfect!! We had help every step of the way. Everything was taken care of for us, the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding a dream come true! The package included flowers that wore so beautiful, a four course dinner and the chef there is amazing all the food was delicious! It also included a hour photograph and our wedding pictures came out so beautiful. The grounds at the Inn and downtown Manteo make for a wonderful backdrop. I can’t recommend the White Doe Inn highly enough. If your looking for a romantic venue for a small wedding this is your place.

We had our wedding in the OBX and stayed at the White Doe Inn for two days after (our "mini-moon"). Let me start off by saying we CAN NOT WAIT to come back! Absolutely EVERYTHING exceeded our expectations of a bed and breakfast.

We stayed in the Turret room (one of the cheaper rooms) and were offered an upgrade based on availability, but we actually loved the Turret so much we decided to decline the upgrade!

There were champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in our room, a warm fireplace was lit, and the inn keeper, Pam, waited up to greet us even though we got in much later than anticipated after the wedding.

I could go on and on about the food (breakfast was some of the best I have ever had) but two things to mention are the bottomless mimosas of a variety of flavors, and the rum soaked pecan french toast.... we were in heaven.

Most importantly, Pam (the innkeeper) and Chip (staff) are the most amazing people! They truly made us feel like family during our stay. We can't wait to go back!

If you are looking to continue your honeymoon, anniversary, or just a couples weekend in the OBX, you need to check out the White Doe Inn!

White Doe Inn is absolutely beautiful. Beth planned our entire wedding for two, on the Manteo Waterfront . It was as if I had planned every detail myself. It was beyond perfect!! Everyone was so friendly and polite. Bob officiated our service and it was very meaningful and beautiful. I highly recommend White Doe Inn!!!
