  Phenomenal in every way!

  We had the best wedding weekend ever and I can truly say that it would not have been possible without Amy. From the moment we started working with her until every last minute of the weekend was over she was there whenever we needed her and for whatever we needed. From the moment we started working with her she was an absolute pleasure at all times. She gave us her personal attention and didn’t hoist us onto assistants. We absolutely loved her and strongly recommend her. Longer more detailed review follows below
  Great wedding planners need to do two things well—first, help with the vision of the event, including working with the bride to develop that vision and finding vendors best suited to deliver that vision and second, to make sure everything is taken care of and goes according to plan up to and especially at the actual event(s) (and addressing it quickly and quietly if it doesn’t). Amy was beyond excellent on both fronts.
  On vision, and vendor selection and budget, Amy worked with my daughter by listening to her and sending her pictures of flowers and decor to asses what she liked. We then focused on vendors and Amy identified 3-5 vendors in each category for us to speak with. We felt that was the right number and we were able to make our choices quickly with Amy’s guidance. She knew most of the vendors well and those she didn’t she immediately developed a great relationship with (also critical). She was great at telling us when she thought we didn’t need to spend ion something and to direct us to where the spend would matter most. We had a top group of vendors and they were all fantastic.
  Day of (or in our case, weekend of) Amy was absolutely amazing. She was everywhere and did everything. She kept us on track, fed, organized and made sure everything flowed seamlessly. She even steamed every bridesmaid dress and the wedding dress. She worked with the venue to make sure every thing was in place. There were so many logistics and she made sure everything ran smoothly. We had 100 people staying at the venue (in addition to another 80 who weren’t) and we had a welcome dinner for everyone, breakfast for insurers, day of activities and lunch for everyone day of the wedding and then wedding and related events plus brunch on Sunday and every one of the events were perfect! I am not the kind of person who lets go easily but having Amy there allowed me to relax and enjoy the wedding day and whole weekend completely.
  I cannot give justice to everything wonderful about Amy in a review but I can promise you that if you hire her as your wedding planner you will be completely thrilled.

  Amy is the best!

  Amy could not have been a better support for our wedding weekend. She came on to work with us with a month to go and made everything seamless, and provided helpful, unbiased recommendations where we were a bit unsure (menu planning, seating arrangements, and everything else). She was extremely understanding of any/all of our more needy requests and made everything look and feel just the way we wanted it to. She is completely trustworthy and if anything did go wrong on our wedding day/weekend, we certainly did not hear about it. Couldn't recommend Amy more!

  The best in the Hudson Valley!

  Choosing/hiring a wedding planner is the most important decision you will make! Working with Amy at Whitehall Events -- from picking the venue to finding the vendors to working through all of the plans and decisions and timeline for the weekend -- was invaluable. She is incredibly thoughtful, creative, collaborative and CALM -- especially on the day of the wedding. When all the guests asked: how did you find such an amazing -- caterer, florist, photographer, hair and make up team, tent, cake?? The answer was always: AMY! I recommend her wholeheartedly.

  Choosing/hiring a wedding planner is the most important decision you will make! Working with Amy at Whitehall Events -- from picking the venue to finding the vendors to working through all of the plans and decisions and timeline for the weekend -- was invaluable. She is incredibly thoughtful, creative, collaborative and CALM -- especially on the day of the wedding.   Beautiful, professional, seamless events

  Amy and her team at Whitehall Events are true professionals and excellent at what they do. Whitehall Events offers both full service and day-of planning, and although I only hired them for "day-of" services I have been a huge fan of their work for full service weddings (the weddings are BEAUTIFUL, follow their social media). "Day of" planning with them started months before the wedding, where we sat down to review where we were in the planning process, discuss vendors/contracts, and honestly plenty of things I hadn't even thought of. Amy's team would check in as we grew closer to the wedding to be sure I was staying on track with everything and then seamlessly took over the vendor/contracts as the wedding day approached. As someone who found the process of wedding planning stressful, and especially in the pandemic, having Amy to check that I was on staying track along the way and facilitate coordinating (and communicating) with vendors took a huge weight off my shoulders. She has a lot of experience in event and wedding planning and that truly shows through in her organization and attention to detail. On the day of my wedding Amy and her team took care of everything. I did not have to worry about timelines, vendors, and any hiccups throughout the day because I knew that she was managing it all, and she was. She allowed my husband and I to live in the moment and just enjoy our wedding, all the while making sure the whole event ran smoothly. Amy is creative and professional, has excellent communication and great relationships with vendors. She throws beautiful parties and weddings and does a amazing job executing day-of. To all brides-to-be, you definitely want Amy on your team! Thank you SO much Whitehall Events!!

  White hall events was the best decision we ever made throughout the whole entire process!! As an overwhelmed indecisive, full time worker..I needed someone who was full service, had experience, and had a creative & chic edge. My husband and I interviewed several planners at the time. Amy & her team stood out among the rest. She literally took care of everything...planning, coordinating, & execution. Above & beyond to say the least. She put together checklist, timelines, suggestions, and always gave helpful advice. Not to mention, this wedding was upwards of 150+ people, flying in from all over the country and from very different backgrounds. She was always one step ahead, always had fun ideas, and extremely flexible. She made sure to work with our budget and brought us down to earth when we were being unrealistic. During the wedding, there was even a medical emergency incident involving a guest. The party kept rockin' due to Amy's calm nature and management skills. White Hall events put all the wedding planning madness into perspective and made this process less stressful. I highly recommend if you want a beautiful, well thought out event!

  Amy and her team went above and beyond our expectations! We are so glad we chose White Hall Events for full-service planning. The team was very professional, responsive and organized. She was incredibly helpful in coordinating our wedding day ensuring all went smoothly. All of the behind-the-scenes logistics were done for us, which made the process much easier and less stressful. Some of our favorite vendors we had were recommended by Amy and we cannot thank her enough for that! She also had great insight on where to spend, where to save and how to get the most for our money.
