It was an absolute pleasure to work with Quincy and his team. They made us feel so comfortable with them from the moment we first shook hands. Our wedding film turned out FABULOUS and I'm embarrassed to admit how many times I have watched it. Putting your trust in someone to really capture your wedding day can be tough, but you can relax if you choose Quincy and White Orchid Studios. They did not disappoint! All of my family and friends are commenting on how professionally shot our wedding film was-it completely exceeded expectations! After reviewing many videoagraphers we picked White Orchid Studios. Their videos are all uniquely edited which seems to be a lacking quality of production studios that do the same type of events.
Quincy (owner) was so amazing to work with we are planning on bringing his crew on location for future shoots.

I was very hesitant about choosing a videographer for my wedding because I was planning from afar and not sure where to start. After seeing Quincy's work online, I knew I wanted him to video my wedding and after my first conversation I was confident I made the right choice. Quincy listened, put my mind at ease and he and his team were professional, accommodating and genuine.
I couldn't be more thrilled with the video White Orchid Studios created and so pleased to have the beautiful memories to last lifetime. Each time I watch my video it truly takes my breath away! We would highly suggest using white orchid studios. When you spend so much time and money planning one of the most important days of your life, you want to remember it in a way that captures the whole essence of your relationship and your journey along the way. Quincy is creative, professional, and extremely helpful. We splurged on our wedding film and we continuously agree that it was the BEST decision we made :) Planning a destination wedding can be stressful but this is one vendor that you can rest assured will get the job done and go ABOVE and BEYOND!We would highly suggest using white orchid studios. White Orchid Studios did the video for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding and it was without question the most amazing wedding video I have seen to date. Not only did Quincy bring back to life all the special memories of their day but he was professional, easy to work with and very reliable. He captured not only the very essence of the couples relationship but the entire spirit of the wedding weekend. Weddings can get costly but a video done by White Orchid Studios is something you do not want to pass on! 5White Orchid Studios did the video for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding and it was without question the most amazing wedding video I have seen to date. Our experience with White Orchid Studios was one of a kind, Quincy is not only professional but personable. His genuine nature makes not only the filiming effortless but fun. We highly recommend WOS and their cinematography. Anyone can get a so called professional to film their wedding but WOS takes it to the next level with their experience and creative genius. After the disaster of hiring an incompetent wedding photographer, Quincy saved the day. Not only did he take amazing footage of the Wedding, he took it upon himself to provide leadership when others were lacking. He does take time with his services to get the perfect result, but the wait is well worth it. Almost a year to the date we received everything we asked for. We decided to take Quincy's recommendation to buy a hard drive to put all our raw footage on, and we are so happy we did. What a great way to spend our 1 year anniversary! Quincy was professional, extremely easy to work with, talented, and creative. The video itself is absolutley perfect. We have watched over and over, and each time it gets better. My wife and I are throughly satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend his service. We booked White Orchid after seeing the great quality film he had produced before, and really liked his pricing. We went with his middle of the road package, and coordinated for our wedding in February. We did note that he was very slow to respond after he had a signed contract, but being that he also produces independent films, we took it as him being busy.
The day of the wedding, all went great. He was very professional with us, and worked well with our photographer as well.
However, a few months after the wedding, I emailed him asking when we could expect to see a trailer. I wasn't trying to rush him, simply asking for a rough ETA. He had told us when we signed that turn-around for the final film was about 6-8 months, and our contract had no mention of an expected date. He never responded to my original email after a few months, so I sent another, also with no answer. I then tried calling, and left a voicemail, which also went unanswered. Overall, we've now sent him a long series of emails, phone calls, and social media messages. The only one he's responded to was my wife's Facebook message, in which he claimed that he was sick for 2 weeks in bed, and was behind on production, but would have something to us in 2-3 weeks. This was in early September. It's now mid-December.
We're in the process of requesting a 50% discount from him, along with copies of all the raw footage from the event, so that we can pay a family friend to edit and cut it for us instead.

Do not use this vendor
Quincy I thought was a stand up guy, It has been 10 months since my wedding and I have not received my video, or the trailer version or the rehearsal dinner footage which I paid for in full. He is non-responsive no matter how many times i call text or email. I am devastated that i do not have any video from our wedding and am so disappointed in the kind of person he is. Not only did he promise me a bunch of things and never came through even even stayed at the after party and drank with me and my friends and family. He is a terrible person and I would never recommend him for any type of event if you want to see the pictures/video. I am going to have to start legal proceedings to get my money back. I'm so disappointed that I haven't received my wedding trailer or video as of yet, I was married in May 2015. Upon signing the contract and handing my money over I was so excited to be using white orchid studios... I had seen Quincys work and was truly amazed. However, like the reviewer below mentioned, I still haven't received anything. After several months... Fast forward to December 2015 I called him and he said that he had been sick with Pneumonia and was not able to send it out, but that my video was ready and would be given to me in a week or 2. A month went by and I attempted to contact him again, but my emails and calls went unanswered ( voice mail now says inbox is full). I did manage to get a response from him on Facebook telling me that the trailer and video was complete and that he would have it uploaded that very night, that was last week Jan 7 2016 . I still haven't received anything.
I can't begin to explain how upset I am at having no video to show of my wedding day, not to mention that I payed out 4K and have nothing to show for it. And I must say, Quincy and his partner were also very professional at the wedding and seemed to be getting some great shots. We did receive the trailer and requested some edits. If you want a wedding video and are willing to wait 2+ years for it, then I recommend them.
