  An absolutely perfect, personalized ceremony

  We cannot recommend Diane enough for her hard work and diligence to make our ceremony absolutely perfect! From the beginning, she listened to our story and what spoke to us the most as a couple, even sending a list of religious and non-religious readings for us to choose from. Using this information, Diane wrote the most touching ceremony that we were able to preview (vows redacted). Her kindness and warmth told us from day one that Diane was the right person to marry us.
  During the ceremony, her attention to details in-the-moments were flawless, including pausing to let one of us gather ourselves or smooth out any runaway veils! We love her so much, and appreciate her commitment through everything. We love you Diane!

  Lovely ceremony

  Diane did an amazing job officiating our ceremony. Although we didn't have a rehearsal, everything went smoothly! Everything Diane wrote for us for the ceremony was fantastic. And after the wedding, Diane was very prompt with filing the marriage license paperwork. All communications were prompt and professional. Thank you for everything!

  Diane was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! Her communication leading up to our wedding was consistently clear, timely, and reassuring. She went above and beyond by providing numerous helpful resources, which made the process so much smoother and less stressful. On the day of the wedding, Diane conducted the ceremony with such grace and warmth, making it truly perfect and memorable for us and our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better officiant and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dedicated, professional, and genuine. Thank you Diane!

  Beautiful Ceremony

  Diane wrote us a beautiful ceremony script. She was very helpful and on top of things. Our wedding venue was booked the night before our wedding day so we had our rehearsal at our house and that was not a problem for her. She made it work and that was lovely. She had us prepared then so that the day of ran so smoothly. Diane contributed greatly to our perfect day.

  Outstanding and Caring Wedding Officiant

  We can’t thank White Swan Wedding Services and Diane enough for the incredible way she supported us through our wedding ceremony. From my very first communication with her, I could tell that she was different. When she was unavailable to support us with our original wedding date, she kindly guided me to resources to locate another officiant. So when we decided to move the wedding date, I knew she was the person I wanted. She was so kind, thoughtful and caring. She truly wanted to get to know us and our story and used that to create a beautiful ceremony for us. When she then broke her foot 2 days before our wedding, she didn’t cancel on us, she simply asked for us to ensure that we could find a way to accommodate so that she could still support us. And she thought of every detail, helping us to select the ideal scripture reading for the ceremony, guiding us as we wrote our personalized vows to even stepping out of the way for our first kiss so she wouldn’t be in the photograph. Our ceremony was heartfelt and personalized like it was officiated by someone who knew us for years. Diane was everything we hoped for and so much more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend White Swan Wedding Services and Diane to anyone and everyone getting married in the Wisconsin area.

  Diane was so great to work with. We had our first zoom meeting with her and were so impressed with her right away. She was very organized and communicated with us multiple times. For our "unity ceremony" we didn't want to do the usual candle or sand type of thing, so she had suggested a wine blending ceremony which fit our personalities and interests so well. That was one of our favorite parts of our ceremony. Diane was able to keep our large bridal party in line and ran through our rehearsal the night before the wedding quickly and efficiently. You can tell Diane has done this many times before and is great at her job!

  Picking out an officiant for your wedding day is such an important part of making your day so special. My husband and I wanted someone who we could connect with, who our guests could connect with, and someone who was organized and prepared to help us with all the sentimental and also legal steps to get married. During the process of picking our officiant, we knew right away the Diane was all that we were looking for. We started with an hour zoom meeting to get to know each other, that turned into more than an hour because we immediately connected. Diane conducted a great interview to get to know us and learn what we were looking for. She then helped us with building a beautiful ceremony. She offered us so many options for ways to make to ceremony special. From different vow options, readings, unity ideas, etc. Diane also helped greatly with the organization of the ceremony and wrote a beautiful script based on all that she learned from us. We had finalization calls, she was prepared at our rehearsal, and brought many tears to our guests as she crafted a beautiful ceremony that greatly captured our love.   Better than imagined,

  My husband and I had NO idea where to start when it came to choosing an officiant for our big day, we felt a little odd asking a stranger to be as excited about us and our story as we were and almost wanted to ask a friend or family member but, then came Diane!
  She filled the role for us perfectly!
  She truly made us feel so special and like we’d known her forever. She was responsive and accommodating even through all the changes we had in short time.
  If this review can be a sign for any brides searching for their perfect officiant, the sign is saying CHOOSE DIANE 🤍

  Professional and Personal

  Diane did such a great job as our officiant. She was very responsive. We contacted her less than two weeks out from our wedding but was able to get everything done. We met via Zoom where she asked us questions to get to know us and what we wanted for the ceremony. She made sure we knew what we needed to do for our marriage license.
  She provided us with some suggested readings she thought might fit what we wanted, and they did.
  She showed up early to the ceremony and looked very professional. The script she personalized for us was beautiful. We wrote our own vows, but we had her read them after which we would repeat. The pauses during this part were perfect.
  After the ceremony, she hand delivered the marriage license where it needed to go, and emailed us instructions.
  Overall, we’re so happy that she was there for our wedding day to help guide us along and deliver a great experience!

  Very Enjoyable

  Diane was an AMAZING officiant for our wedding. She was more prepared than I could have imagined and flexible when we had to move our ceremony to a different spot on the beach. An intimate ceremony on Lake Michigan was loud with the breeze and the waves but she had a microphone so everyone heard her well. Her communication skills are top notch and she wrote up a beautiful story for my husband and I on how we met. Watching back on our video she also had great eye contact with the groom and bride. You could tell she was more than happy to be there with us. Overall a great experience with a kind soul.

  Small Family Wedding

  I cannot say enough nice things about Diane and White Swan Wedding Services! Diane is amazing! We were stuck on what we wanted to do for our small family wedding. We knew we wanted an official ceremony, but didn't know where to start or what to do. Thankfully I found White Swan Wedding Services online and she was available for the wedding day. Diane listened to what we wanted and created the perfect script for us. The vows were perfect! Diane is so sweet and professional (her outfit was also super cute!). After the ceremony, she took care of the marriage license so it was one less thing to worry about. I'm so glad I found White Swan Wedding Services, it took a lot of stress out of the day!

  Diane put together the MOST BEAUTIFUL ceremony that was both sentimental but comical which perfectly exemplified our relationship. We received MULTIPLE compliments about the ceremony, guests felt the ceremony was “relaxed and funny” “showed our personalities and relationship to a T” “we were crying happy tears right along with the bride”.
  She made the planning of the ceremony so easy for us. Diane was clear and concise with all her communication, keeping both myself and my husband updated along the way. When the wedding weekend finally arrived, we could rest easy knowing that Diane had things under control. She was prompt and prepared for the rehearsal and kept the wedding party in line. Diane was so detail-oriented, ensuring to step out of the first kiss photo and even helping us arrange the ceremony stage a bit. From our first meeting to the very end of the ceremony, Diane was professional and friendly. This isn’t Diane’s first rodeo and it shows!! She is a true professional in the wedding game and we have ZERO regrets with choosing her as our officiant.
