There’s no way any other vendor could have made our wedding as perfect as Whitehall! Julia did not let us lift a finger. She communicated with our other vendors leading up to the wedding day and on the wedding day to keep things smooth and moving. Communication, professionalism, and value for hall all 10/10!!! We cannot get over how perfect our day was and how beautiful the hall was at Whitehall!!

Whitehall Columbia was the best! They are very professional, very communicative, so kind and they really care about their clients! Our guests had the best time and everyone was so happy all night! Highly recommend!

This is the absolute best wedding venue! Julia, the event coordinator, is beyond amazing. She was very responsive, answered all our questions, ran a great rehearsal, and was truly amazing the day of the wedding! You can tell she really wanted to make sure that the day went perfectly! The venue itself is great! Both the ceremony space and reception hall were perfect for our wedding! We also used the new bridal suite which was a great place to get ready and hang out with our wedding party to start the day! We could not have asked for a better experience!

Julia and her team are a bride's best friend. She took the reign and made sure everything ran smoothly. The reception was decorated better than I had imagined. From I do to last dance, this venue is five star!!!

There is no better wedding venue! Whitehall Columbia is the perfect setup, with beautiful white interiors, large ‘getting ready’ suites for both the bride and groom, an indoor chappel area, and outdoor lawn space for on-site ceremonies.

We were looking for a venue that allowed us the flexibility to choose where we wanted our ceremony, and Whitehall Columbia provided us with the outdoor ceremony option we wanted, but with the ability to move it indoors to the chapel in the event of rain.

They truly have set themselves up for success by becoming a full-service wedding venue. We were beyond impressed with their setup, staff, vendors, and amenities. With an on-site event planner and a NEW bridal studio upstairs available for hair and makeup, this venue is setting the bar high as a new industry standard for providing brides with a stress-free and complete wedding experience.

Harold and Julia were responsive, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Their work speaks for itself and they did a great job of listening to what our vision was and going above and beyond to make every little detail perfect. The communication from beginning to end was timely and incredibly professional and they set and took down everything so that we did not have to lift a finger.

Our wedding day was absolute perfection and it was in large part in choosing Whitehall Columbia as our venue. With flawless attention to detail and going well above all expectations, Whitehall Columbia earns our highest recommendation!

Omg both the venue and the staff are so amazing and beautiful! The venue is stunning and so many guests told me how cool it is and the staff-especially Julia and Harold- are saints. Both the staff and this old school get an A+. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Julia, Harold and team were great to work with on the big stuff and the details. From the start they put us at ease knowing that they would make the day and the days leading up to it stress free because they take care of so much! The caterer (Taste of Excellence) and Dj (Selective Sound) are partners with Whitehall which is another way they help you have a great wedding day! The food and music weee amazing! Oh and the photos from the venue are as unique (thanks to Erin Ruth Photography) as the setting, both inside and outside! You have to see this venue to know what I mean. They have a Bride’s suite, grooms suite and so much more available.
We moved our date and Whitehall worked with us with kindness, accommodating our needs without any hesitation. They were a blessing from our first meeting to our final pick-up after the wedding. We would highly recommend Whitehall Columbia!

This venue is absolutely amazing and beautiful. I recommend this venue to anyone that wants a stress free wedding day! After seeing this venue and the amenities it provides including set up and tear down we couldn't even think about having our wedding anywhere else. We had a beautiful ceremony on their lawn followed by a great reception. Whitehall worked with us when we had to postpone our wedding date due to COVID-19 and was very understanding. Julia was fabulous to work with by answering any questions we had leading up to the day and was very easy to communicate with. On the day of the wedding Julia ensured that everything went smoothly and helped organize the bridal party throughout the ceremony and reception. We are so thankful that Whitehall gave us a stress free wedding day and made it perfect for us!!

Whitehall Columbia is an amazing venue! Harold and Julia were amazing to work with! They are very efficient and handle everything, which made planning less stressful on us. During the reception, Harold and Julia were on top of everything. Julia checked in on my husband and I multiple times to see if we needed anything. The service at Whitehall is amazing! I am so happy my husband and I decided to get married there!!

The moment we stepped foot into Whitehall we knew this was our venue. The hall embodies modern romance yet leaves you with a feeling of comfort thanks to its history and character. Harold and his team made the days/months leading up to our event as stress free as possible. All we had to worry about was dancing with a room full of people that we love.

Our wedding at Whitehall was the stuff dreams are made of! The hall barely needed any decoration as it was so gorgeous, and they were flexible in all the ways I needed to make our day exactly what we wanted.

Whitehall is an absolutely stunning venue! We were very impressed with the level of concierge service provided by Harold. He is very easy to work with. The wedding and reception were perfect!

Answered every email about every “silly” question quickly! Made us feel comfortable and confident with a wedding during a “pandemic.”

I'm only sorry I couldn't give Whitehall more stars, 5 is not sufficient for the phenomenal service they provide. I was coordinating with them for over a year planning my wedding and actually booked with them before I got engaged because I fell in love after the first visit and they book so far in advance! Yes my boyfriend at the time, now my husband, was in agreement ;) I must have emailed them over 100 times for different things, and every time they responded promptly and were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was one of those Type A control-freak brides and made multiple site visits to see how things would work, and they not only made my vision come to life, but went above and beyond and made it even better! Charles and Harold are amazing coordinators; they made me feel super comfortable and assured me that all my little details would be taken care of and they absolutely were. They really care about their clients and aren't just concerned with running a business. When COVID-19 happened they did everything they could to keep us informed, to accommodate where they could, and to advise us how to move forward when we were unsure. They're so friendly and kind you feel like you're talking to an old friend when you go for a visit. I'm so thrilled we took the risk and kept our original date because it worked out perfectly! Even with social distancing restrictions it was still the perfect day I had envisioned and it made it even more special the people that were there. Their venue is absolutely stunning and there are charming rustic chic details everywhere that set it above other venues I've seen. Everyone said what a beautiful wedding it was, and everything went so smooth that I wasn't aware of any issues at either the ceremony or reception. They are more expensive, but it is so worth it to have their all-inclusive service to take the stress off of you when wedding time actually comes. I could go on and on. Just book them, you won't be sorry!

Where to begin....Charles, Harold and Shannon are absolutely the best to work with. They continually answer questions, literally make sure everything goes perfect. The Chapel was decorated gorgeous and took that task off of our hands and it was perfect! Just absolutely beautiful, professional and eased our minds with everything!

As an event manger myself, I was blown away with the professionalism, attention to detail and kindness that Charles and Harold had throughout our planning process. My husband and I had the most amazing wedding reception at Whitehall! Everyone had a wonderful time and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Thank you Charles and Harold for a perfect wedding day!

Charles and Harold were the best vendors to work with. Not only were they extremely organized, they were kind and extremely accommodating. They made planning less stressful! The space itself was PERFECT and beautiful. I could not have asked for a better reception venue.
