The Whitetail Lodge is truly one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever been to! The owners, Dave and Suzie, are both extremely friendly and sweet individuals, who took all of our concerns and helped us feel better. Leading up to our wedding day, the weather forecast kept changing. We ended up renting their tent, which was extremely nice, and Suzie helped me feel good about my decision by showing me pictures of the tent set up before deciding as well as reminding me that rain is a sign of good luck. We ended up using the area where the tent was set up for our cocktail hour, and held our ceremony at the normal spot since the rain held off until after cocktail hour was over.

The venue has many different spots that are great for pictures! My husband and I did our first look down in the woods by the cross. It was a lovely spot to have our private moment together.

Her and her husband Dave are quick to respond to any questions and concerns you may have, and are more than willing to help you in any way they can! When we got to the venue for set-up the day before the wedding, we found they had got us a bottle of wine and a nice, personalized wood case for it. It was truly a wonderful experience to work with them and to have our wedding at their venue. Many of our guests complimented the venue and how well-kept it is as well!

We loved having our wedding here and Dave was so helpful and accommodating. The venue was beautiful and it was nice having it for the whole weekend to give ample time for setup and tear down. We would definitely recommend Whitetail Lodge!

I cannot begin to tell you how many of our guests complimented us on our wedding venue and how gorgeous and beautiful the entire place was. Tucked back in the woods in a quiet, serene space, the Whitetail Lodge was exactly what we were looking for when booking a venue. Every area of the space is very versatile, so you can choose where you want each part of your day to take place. Rain options are available with a little bit of adjustment. The owners were extremely accommodating in that we were able to visit (with notice, of course) whenever we needed to show the venue to another vendor and always answered our questions promptly. In addition, our wedding was postponed due to COVID and they were very understanding in the rescheduling process. Would highly recommend!

Such a peaceful & relaxing venue. Whitetail Lodge is perfect atmosphere to create unforgettable memories of our daughter's baby shower!

Beautiful rustic & hidden in 55acres. It was perfect! We were supposed to be outside for ceremony but weather didn't cooperate so we adjusted to inside. With 110 guests set at tables, we still had plenty of room for the ceremony and a formal created altar. 48hr rental was a great value and not having to rush to set up was fantastic!

This venue is there perfect place for people who love nature!! My husband and I were trying to find a reasonably priced place to have our reception and possibly get married since he is not religious. Whitetail Lodge gets more and more beautiful every year because they keep on adding things. Although Dave and Suzie do not advertise this venue, it books EXTREMELY QUICK!!! We went to book our date a year and a half in advance and our date was already taken, so we went with the week before. From the time we booked to the time we had our wedding, Dave added pavers to an ironrod pergula that people often get married under, more pavers for an outdoor dance floor. This dance floor had those string edison bulbs scattered above creating an even cuter vintage touch. There are gardens, a stream that flows under a tiny bridge your guests walk over. There is not much decoration needed for such a beautiful location in the middle of the woods!!! The inside is just as beautiful!! Hardwood floors, open beams, chandeliers, two fireplaces, a loft upstairs to get ready, and a beautiful deck that wraps 3/4s around the building (where cocktail hour was) There is a huge fire pit on the side of the building to just sit back, relax, and enjoy nature. The price is almost unbelievable!! We were able to rent it the entire weekend so we had the whole day Friday to set up for our Saturday wedding and even had till afternoon Sunday to clean it up. One suggestion I do have though....put up balloons or some sort of sign when people are heading to the venue because the sign is small and people tend to miss it.

We adored Whitetail Lodge. Dave (owner) is great to work with. Very honest and fast responses. The lodge is beautiful and has everything you need- (chairs, tables etc) you can even rent cots so that intoxicated guests can sleep it off. The price is very reasonable and we loved renting the venue for 48 hours so we didn't have to stress out at much the day of the wedding. I would have my wedding here again in a heartbeat. The Whitetail Lodge is fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and the owner really works with you. He has a lot of stuff you can rent very affordably and has a lot of options to help you on your big day. It's a beautiful place in the woods and the work he's done with the gardens and stream are fantastic. We got some amazing pictures in the woods and the little glen that's a bit away down a path, which also gave us a great little bit of time to be alone together. He is very flexible and it's all very affordable. Would highly recommend.

The owners were fantastic to deal with and very flexible with my multiple changes of mind! They really looked forward to my event and set things up beautifully for me. If you are looking for a rental on a budget and want some character in the hall you rent, I suggest you check this place out! Many compliments on it being up in the woods with gorgeous back drops.
