Hannah and Matt were so much fun to work with. They had a lot of creative ideas to get good footage, as well as did a great job of capturing what was naturally happening throughout the day. The final product they delivered was AMAZING. There were interviews with our wedding party, aerial shots of our venue, a dance compilation at the end, and most importantly to us, our entire ceremony, first dance, and all of our toasts. These are the things that could not be captured by photography alone, and we’re so happy we have a beautiful video we can watch back to remember the most important parts of our wedding day.

They were very professional, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable the whole day! They went absolutely above and beyond and made it perfect for us! Hannah and Matt were literally are dream team. From our first conversation with Hannah we knew they NEEDED to be our photographers. Hannah walked me through every single step and was there for every single hiccup during the planning process. On the day of, I ended up not having a coordinator due to covid, and Hannah literally jumped in full force and kept the ball rolling and managed to get our rowdy bunch everywhere and kept us on time. I think Hannah could easily have a future in planning as well. During the ceremony and reception, Matt and Hannah were basically invisible ninjas (which is what we wanted). Our photo turned out so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better duo to shoot our wedding. We are in the process of booking more photos in the mountains with them as well. Do yourself a favor and BOOK THEM!!!!!! You won't be disappointed. -

After speaking to a dozen or so photographers, we had pretty much given up. It seemed like no one was actually willing to work with us on what we were looking for, and were very rigid with the packages they offer. Enter...Hannah. Talking to Hannah immediately made me feel like I was chatting with an old friend. She really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. Our engagement session was so much fun, and we couldn't wait until our big day. Matt and Hannah's team was absolutely amazing! They got all of the shots we wanted plus so much more! Anyone that talked with them at the wedding said how sweet and personable they are! Then came the video...and I STILL cry every time we watch it. If you are looking for a company that will listen AND deliver - this team is for you! -

We hired Hannah and Matt for our upcoming wedding, which included engagement photos. I was so lost on ideas of where to go and what sort of photos we wanted for the engagement. Hannah suggested an unconventional idea of the State Fair. I wasn't too sure about the idea at first (and did a lot of pinterest research), but I had complete trust in the process and Hannah. Hannah NAILED the shoot! We absolutely love our photos. We can't wait to have them shoot photo and video for our wedding. If you're looking for someone personable, responsive, and professional...look no further! -

Honestly I followed Hannah on a whim from someone I use to work with. After talking and liking quite a bit of her stuff on Instagram. I decided from there she was a perfect person to do photography in my future. Little did I know that it was gonna happen to me so soon. From our carefree engagement session which we didn't have a lot of ideas heading into. We just left it to Hannah to kinda direct us into what we should do. The rest is history, we just got the photography back and the teaser films are absolutely stunning. So if you were wondering who to pick, I highly recommend Hannah and Matt with Whitt Photography and Film. -

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Hannah and Matt for our engagement photos and our big day. Hannah and Matt made us feel extremely comfortable during our engagement session even though we had never taken professional photos together before. They kept us relaxed and laughing throughout the entire session which made our pictures turn out just the way we wanted them.
I could say the same about our wedding day. With all of the nerves and excitement that comes with a wedding day, they helped make sure that everything was in place to document everything we asked. We received a sneak peek of some photographs while we were on our honeymoon and received the rest of our beautiful photos and video very quickly. Christian and I highly recommend Whitt Photography & Film! -

Matt and Hannah captured our day perfectly! Hannah was very helpful during the planning process and so gracious and flexible when we had to completely change our plans due to covid. On the big day Matt and Hannah were very professional and knowledgeable. They were such a fun couple to be around and made the entire picture taking process very enjoyable for our entire wedding party.

Matt and Hannah did an amazing job filming my wedding!! I had not planned on having a videographer but my soon to be mother in-law was not going to make it to the wedding due to unforeseen health reasons. So with only a week before the wedding I started looking and found this awesome couple with the help of Camel City Videography. They were able to capture the entire ceremony for my mother in-law. For her this was the next best thing to being there. I cannot THANK you enough for everything you did on such short notice. -

Exceptional!
Hannah was the assistant on the day of my wedding. But she had a fantastic attitude and her pictures actually turned out better than my main photographers! She event helped with the set up of my reception area. I am so very lucky to have stumbled across Hannah!!! My mom booked her for my maternity shoot in August, and I’m really thinking about having her do a newborn shoot as well! I pinky promise that you will not be disappointed! -

Matt and Hannah were great to work with when things were going well…
However, when things went south, they definitely were not pleasant to work
with. I received my wedding pictures 6 weeks after my wedding and they left
much to be desired. There were a few decent shots of my husband and I, but
the VAST majority of the pictures don't even deserve to be taking up space
on my hard drive. The color was incorrect in every picture, MANY
pictures/shots were missing (including numerous ones listed on Whitt
Photography and Film's own licensed shot list...), there was little-to-no
attention to detail, and the majority of pictures were taken at weird
angles and need to be cropped. My parents purchased the largest package
offered by Whitt and even added an additional session (bridal portraits).
After paying upwards of 5 grand, we should NOT have to recolor and crop
photos that we waited 6 weeks for. We have received the same comments from
the few people we have shared the photos with: "did you have a max number
of shots because it looks like a ton of shots are missing?", "did you
request that no shots were taken of the reception?", "it looks like the
photographers snapped two shots back to back and then disappeared for 30
minutes", "the photographers looked clueless during the entire ceremony",
"why are there no pictures of ...?", "the bridesmaid dresses look pink...I
know Brittany hates pink and specifically chose a deep red for her
Christmas wedding", "I never even saw a video camera", etc. I could go on,
and on, and on.
A few days after receiving the photos, my mom sent a stern but professional
email to Matt and Hannah. We got a response almost instantly that
essentially said "it's not our fault you didn't like our artistic
expression". There was no offer to change the color, stage some of the
photos, refund any of the 5 items we are still waiting for (memory album,
teaser trailer, first look film, full ceremony video, and highlight film),
or even an apology whatsoever. Matt even blamed the missing shots on me. He
said that I didn't provide a shot list, even though Hannah had discouraged
me from providing one. She promised me that all of the traditional wedding
photos would be taken and that a shot list only slowed down the process.
When Hannah sent the link for the photos, she told me to email her my
favorites over the next few weeks. She said she'd be starting on the memory
album in a couple of weeks and that she wanted to be sure to include some
of my favorites. However, when Matt responded to my mom's email, he said
that the album was already done and that I had failed to send over any
favorites so they chose the photos for the book. There is not a single
photo that is ready to be printed due to the incorrect coloration, so we
already know that the book is going to be a waste of $200. After the
exchange of 5 emails, Matt responded that he will no longer be engaging in
conversation with us. They could not care less that we are so disappointed,
hurt, upset, frustrated, and overall INCREDIBLY MAD about the photos that
were delivered to us.
After not hearing anything from the Whitts over the next two weeks, my dad
tried to call. He wanted to try to talk this situation out with Matt and
Hannah before proceeding to get a lawyer. However, the Whitts refuse to
return his call.
I am not out to cause Matt and Hannah's business to fail. I just want to
warn any other brides (especially those that have planned an extravagant,
traditional, elegant wedding) of this situation. Please see the images
attached to my review. I have added 4 images taken by Whitt and 4 images
taken with cell phones. The images showing dark red (David's Bridal Apple)
bridesmaid dresses are the ones taken by cell phones. The difference is
astounding (and quite infuriating if you ask me).
PS: Just to drive things home a little bit more: there is not a single
picture of my mother and I, nor a picture of my husband’s face when he
first saw me. The number one most sought after wedding picture was not
delivered. Please keep these things in mind when choosing your wedding
photographer. I would hate for someone else to have this heartbreaking and
frustrating experience. I would be happy to share photos and/or proof of
communication between us and the Whitts if it will help you make your
decision regarding wedding photography/videography. -

Whitt Photography and Film did a terrible job capturing Brittany and Jeremy's wedding day. They missed almost all of the usual shots and they had no idea how to professionally edit the pictures that they did make. They will not even discuss their horrific job with me.
