  Perfection

  Carolyn was FANTASTIC, and my flowers were soooo beautiful! I love how she listened to our vision and adjusted based on feedback. I received SO MANY compliments on my flowers. I also love that she locally sources her flowers.

  Carolyn is incredible

  Carolyn worked with us to execute our vision perfectly. Having a fall wedding not wanting dark/bright colored fall colors was a tough ask but Carolyn absolutely nailed it. Our chuppah, bud vases for the reception tables, and bouquets/boutonnieres were seriously amazing. We are so lucky to have worked with her!

  Beyond beautiful!

  We hired Wild Ginger as our wedding florist and could not have been happier! I mean it when I say Carolyn's flowers brought me to tears-they were that beautiful! I would highly recommend working with Wild Ginger. Carolyn is a master at creating beautiful, earthy arrangements, and she was so kind throughout the entire process. We loved every single tiny detail she put together and appreciate all of her hard work!

  Succulents for the win!

  Carolyn was amazing! She captured our vision perfectly. I wanted succulents in my bouquet and centerpieces and on the cake (basically everywhere) and she went above and beyond, making everything so beautiful. She even did little flower crowns for the flower girls and they were so cute. Everything was perfect!!

  Sustainability and beautiful designs

  Working with Carolyn of Wild Ginger was wonderful, and the floral arrangements she did were incredible. We didn’t have strong opinions about colors, flower types, or designs, but wanted someone who would put together something seasonal, sustainable, and local. She has a passion for sustainable agriculture, so was an obvious choice for us. We didn’t give her much direction beyond that, and she knocked it out of the park. She showed us likely flowers and colors ahead of time and gave us photos of flowers as they started arriving week of the event. She gave good instructions on keeping the flowers fresh and how to hold to bouquets properly. It was so nice to be able to hand off the design and decision making to a professional.

  Breathtaking Flowers

  Carolyn was incredibly responsive when I was initially looking for florists and continued that quality of interaction throughout the entire process. She's very knowledgable about flowers and her creative eye is outstanding. We arrived early to our venue for photos and ALL of my vendors were commenting on the flowers. I told her the general vibe I wanted and showed her the colors of my table numbers, flower girl dresses, my dress, etc and she just worked her magic! I also have a lot of plant/flower people in my family and friend group and they were impressed with the design and quality of flowers.

  Carolyn was incredibly responsive when I was initially looking for florists and continued that quality of interaction throughout the entire process.   Wonderful to work with!

  Carolyn is such a wonderful person to work with! She was so flexible with all of our COVID-related changes and was so helpful in informing us about our different options for flowers. I loved the idea of our wedding having a local flavor, and finding someone who is intentional about local flowers and is also so warm and kind makes me feel so lucky.

  AMAZING Floral Experience

  Wild Ginger Weddings is amazing at what they do! Our wedding flowers were SO beautiful and were one of our favorite parts of our wedding. We also chose to do a tree planting ceremony, which was made possible by Carolyn, who went completely out of her way to get a tree for us (in addition to the gorgeous flowers they crafted!). I can't say enough nice things- our entire experience completely exceeded my expectations. Carolyn is so sweet, fun, and talented, and she will make sure you get exactly what you're looking for (or in my case, even better!) well within your budget.

  Carolyn was the best vendor we worked with for our wedding! She brought so many great ideas to the table that brought our ideas to life while listening to what we wanted and implementing our wishes. Her attention to detail was unmatched when it came to actually putting together the arrangements. We also appreciated the fact that she sourced a lot of her flowers locally. Overall, I would recommend her for any wedding or event as she was always professional and easy to talk to.

  Woodland Fairy Dream Florist

  Carolyn and Sunni were amazing to work with. I wanted to emphasize wildness and greenery. I wanted to feel like a woodland princess. With just those prompts, Carolyn brought it to fruition! She made a beautifully unique floral crown with tiny STRAWBERRIES amongst the flowers and greenery! The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. The centerpieces were exactly what I imagined, but better. She is a creative wonder woman. It is a delight to know she sustainably sources her flowers, using native and seasonal plants. I loved working with her.

  The heart of my review is this: do not hesitate to work with Carolyn at Wild Ginger Weddings! She is resourceful, smart, caring, conscientious, and crafts the most amazing flower arrangements!
  
  I couldn't have hoped to work with a better florist (and person!) than Carolyn. She is incredibly knowledgeable about flowers and flora of all kinds, and it shows in her work!
  
  When I first met with her, I really didn't have a clear idea of the flowers I'd want, and she kindly guided me through a series of questions that helped us both narrow in on a concept. I was so impressed when I showed her a picture of the floral bridesmaids dresses, and she identified the type of flowers in the pattern and offered to incorporate them in my bouquet! I loved that consulting with Carolyn felt like having an interesting conversation with an interesting person, not like conducting a business interaction with a vendor who's busy with lots of other things.
  
  My number one priority in flowers was that they be as locally sourced as possible. Carolyn went above and beyond with this and even sent me a beautiful note the day of the wedding explaining where the flora in my bouquet was sourced from. She crafted me the most incredible and lively bouquet in the dead of winter using impressively local flowers and branches!

  Best vendor at our wedding

  For our wedding we wanted something a little more natural and wild than your standard formal bouquets, centerpieces etc. Thank goodness we connected with Wild Ginger. Carolyn doesn’t just go to the wholesaler downtown and pick up the same roses and peonies as everyone else. She harvested a good portion of the greenery and natives from her own wild yard, and the result are these totally unique arrangements that put Missouri flora front and center. You realize it is not all about blossoms, it is about seedheads, ferns, an array of textures and shades of green, the overall composition.
  Of all our vendors Carolyn was the easiest to coordinate with. We knew what things cost, what we were getting, when it would be there. Gorgeous arrangements and no drama. Worth every penny.

The arrangements and bouquets were so beautiful and unique – Wild Ginger incorporated native plants and flowers from Missouri and even designed a custom wreath for our wedding arbor (and we loved the wreath so much that we let the blooms dry, and hung it on our wall for the year after our wedding!)
