  The most helpful wedding and day-of coordinator

  Malia at Wildflower Weddings was phenomenal to work with. She was so helpful throughout the planning process and provided support to help me feel confident and calm as the bride on my wedding day. Malia was very professional and always had a quick response to any questions to ensure I felt prepared while planning. Also, her assistant day-of, Anna, was just as lovely and helpful to keep the whole day running smoothly and as planned. The day was absolutely seamless due to their expertise. If you're looking for an experienced and lovely wedding planner to work with, don't hesitate to book Wildflower Weddings!

  Wedding Day Coordination - A Must Have!

  From start to finish working with Malia made wedding planning and day of coordination so seamless! She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding and kept all details on track. Malia understood my vision and executed it to perfection. Our timeline for the day of was so detailed and organized - it was a dream for a type A bride like myself. For the wedding day, Malia and Molly made sure everyone was where they should be, vendors were getting everything set up correctly, and made sure I had everything I needed for the day. We could not be more grateful for them. Working with these ladies truly helped to make our wedding day perfect and I can't stress enough how important it is to factor in a coordinator/planner! We cannot recommend Wildflower Weddings and Events (Malia and Molly) enough and are forever grateful! 10/10!

  Perfect Wedding

  Wildflower is the best! I’m so happy with how the wedding turned out. My sister hired them and I am amazed with the professionalism and quality of their service. They took so much stress of my sister and brother in law. I will definitely be going to them when my girlfriend and I tie the knot! 10/10 would recommend!

  Wildflower was a lifesaver!!!!

  I truly could not have gotten through my wedding without Malia and her team! Malia was a multitasking master! She was on top of it the entire day with set-up and keeping our crazy family under control not to mention we always had a drink in our hand. I don't think we could have kept all of the details together without her. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

  Great Hire - Great Planner!

  The one piece of advice we got from everyone was to hire a coordinator and Malia was the perfect choice! She worked with our busy schedule and was so accommodating with all of our emails. She even gave my mother-in-law a task to help all of our stress throughout the wedding day. We gave her free reign to set up all of our decor and it turned out great! We've already recommended her to all of our engaged friends and HIGHLY recommend her to everyone else.

  Best Night Ever!

  Malia was such an amazing planner. She made a stressful process less difficult. She was there through every decision and helped to make sure that we were fully prepared for our big day! For the day of she went above and beyond. She made sure everything was in order and if I started to get stressed out (as the bride) she was quick to fix it and keep me at ease. I would recommend her over and over again. Thank you Malia for the best day!!!

  So helpfull!!!

  We were wildflower's first remote planning couple and Malia could not have been more helpful. She gave us advice on everything wedding-related (even bridal shower questions) AND she helped us write a timeline for our vendors to use. She made our day so special without being there and we can't thank her enough!

  Hire A Day of Coordinator!

  We were so excited to become a wildflower couple! We knew we wanted to hire a wedding planner because I had so many ideas on my pinterest board. Malia was able to consolidate my ideas into vision boards that allowed us to pick what we really wanted for our big day. From recommending vendors to organizing our timeline Malia really lived up to our standards. She made our 'rustic meets glamorous' vision come to life.

  Malia is a must hire!

  We were connected with Malia through mutual friends two months before our wedding. We had a previous coordinator leave us high and dry. I knew from the first call with Malia that she was going to be the blessing I needed. Her wisdom about weddings, details, and things that can/will go wrong was the biggest sign to hire her immediately. She was always honest, responded to the enormous texts/emails I had, and most of all detail oriented. This was shown in her timeline that was 15 pages long. Clearly no stone left unturned. All of this is everything wonderful leading up to the actual day. The actual day of the wedding I had absolutely zero worries. I was able to be present with my family, enjoy getting ready, relaxing, and just breathing. None of that would have been possible without Malia. I didn’t worry about the chairs that needed changing. I didn’t worry about people being able to find the shuttles. I didn’t worry about the boys getting ready. Malia took care of everything. I’m sure she ran miles that day making sure every detail was in place and it really makes the biggest difference. If there’s one thing I would tell any bride it’s to 100% get a wedding coordinator. And with that, let it be Malia. I would hire her again and again. She truly makes your day stress free. Which says a lot about what’s usually the most stressful day.
