Excellent Service
This couple own business is amazing. First, they were prepared. They went to the venue and checked it out before the date of the wedding. They called me and ask me questions and about any concerns so it would be ready for the day of. They showed up promptly and got everything set up quickly. They worked all night and our guest lives their interactions with them. They recently had a loss in the family and despite that, they showed up with smiling faces and treated our guest with the upmost respect with fun attitudes. Thank you so much Corey and Brittany! They were great! Literally made us feel like family and they were very professional. The communication was very prompt and the template for our photos were customized and super cute ! Very unprofessional.
I wrote an honest review of hiring Williams Way Mirror Booth for my 12/2021’s event via Google.
To make a long story short, I booked a Silver package from them that allows "(5) 4x6 Photo printouts per session " but their Mirror Booth & their photo printer broke down at least twice during my 4 hours event…because of that, now only up to 3 pictures are printed out for each session after they troubleshooted the issues. When I reached out to them about not fulfilling our signed agreement, they just apologized and nothing else.
Now I have some guests asking me which photobooth company I have used for my event and I told them that I hired Williams Way Mirror Booth. When I tried to forward Williams Way Mirror Booth’s information to my guests, I found out that I was blocked on this company’s Instagram account and my review on Google was deleted. Very unprofessional.

We're incredibly sorry that you are displeased with our services at your event. I honestly thought this was a spam post due to the highly positive interaction we had with you at your event, But that's what reviews are for, and we thank you for that.
Here at Williams Way Mirror Booth, we strive for perfection in every event: weddings, baby showers, Tea parties, etc. Therefore, we strive to make your day less stressful than it already is dealing with other Vendors during the planning phase up to your event.
Our customer service and professionalism have been acknowledged by multiple guests who were in attendance at your beautiful Tea Party event at the Corinthian Yacht Club in Essington, PA.
We understand that our printer went through some technical difficulties at your event. However, during this occurrence, your guest opted to send their photos via text message and email, which is another service we provide to our customers just in case something like this happens. We acknowledge that this occurred and are very sorry that you had to experience this. Once our printer was up and running, our staff members printed out your customers' pictures, and at that time, they were provided a hard copy of the photos and the text message and email of the images that they received. We also provided you with a digital file of 100+ plus pictures that were taken at your event. In addition to that, our staff member was on-site with a professional camera taking general pictures. Those pictures were also sent to you at the email address provided via google photos. We provided you with hands down top of the line service.
