They were Amazing!
We drove about two hours to have pictures by our Aunts Covered Bridge for our engagement pictures. We found Wilson Imagery online and took a chance with them. They were amazing and made us feel comfortable. We received the pictures back really fast and they were great! We will most definitely use them again! We drove about two hours to have pictures by our Aunts Covered Bridge for our engagement pictures. We found Wilson Imagery online and took a chance with them. Budget friendly photographer
Within budget - but my wedding was 2 weeks ago and I've not seen one single proof, picture or anything. When I reached out to ask how I can view my pictures I was not answered. Money was supposed to be due day of event but they emailed my mother a month prior and asked for the remaining money - even though they had not met with us or anything. I just really want to see my pictures.Within budget - but my wedding was 2 weeks ago and I've not seen one single proof, picture or anything. Complete headache all around
Engagement photos were great about a year prior to the wedding. Super fast turnaround, beautiful quality, no complaints whatsoever.
The wedding and months following is a different story.
We were married October 12, 2019. During pictures with my groomsmen, the photographer doing preceremony pictures with my wife and bridesmaids and mothers ran out to Sara where us groomsmen were getting pictures done wanting to swap cameras but didnt say why. I knew then something was wrong, but it wasnt addressed and trying to remain positive, I wasnt going to get into it before the wedding. The tagalong boyfriend was making comments to the bridal party about how he was there "to be a pack mule and eat food and cake" and other obnoxious comments. Again, the guys were letting me know, but trying to just get through to the wedding.
Ceremony happened, everything seemed to go fine. Was told that sneak peeks should be uploaded to the facebook page hopefully in a day or two, got them over a week later. Again, I felt like something was wrong.
Promised pictures in 30 days, received them on Dec 13th, 2 months later. During this period, I sent multiple messages and would get left on read until I sent a follow up, then would be told a reason or myriad of reasons why they weren't done, but that they would be coming. There was probably 3 missed deadlines, with no communication that there might be a problem.
Though I asked multiple times how the pictures were coming, including the night before delivery, I was assured it was all good. I was greeted with an email on Dec 13th that said "full disclosure, we lost a good chunk of your pictures." That's not full disclosure! That was hidden from us this whole time!
The memory card in the camera that was handed off early on (I'm assuming) was/had become corrupted and they lost all of those pictures. No pictures of our ceremony from the cameras, only still images ripped off of a video recording, barely any pictures of the girls getting ready, specifically mother and daughter, and basically all of the post ceremony pictures of the guys were gone. No pictures of my bride walking down the aisle except for one of her back.
She was devastated and I was irate that this is what we received. I tried to talk to Sara, as she bought us a canvas of one of our favorite pictures, which was a very nice gesture, but all things considered doesnt make up for what happened and it was like pulling teeth trying to get answers. We also still to this day, 8 months later, haven't received the video recording of our wedding, nor our refunded money we were supposed to receive.
It has been made obvious to us that we are not important, our dissatisfaction can keep getting shoveled back with no care! Please take my warning to heart and carefully evaluate your options before settling.Engagement photos were great about a year prior to the wedding.
