  Snowy Engagement ❤️

  We are in love with all our pictures ❤️ Markie did an amazing job with everything!! We ended up picking a place that was going to be over 8 miles and she was all in!! We got so many great pictures to use. We recommend her to everyone!!

  Professional, fun, and very easy to work with

  Markie and her husband Jake did an awesome job with our engagement and wedding photos. We weren’t sure what to expect since my husband and I had never had professional pictures done but she made it very easy and comfortable to work with. Even with her being pregnant at the time she didn’t let anything stop her. We went on a beautiful snowy hike in the wintertime near Mt Rainier and had so much fun. We would definitely recommend her to anyone.

  Dream Photographer!!

  Markie absolutely blew our minds with her photography. I vibed with her instantly when we first spoke, and she was up to wander around Seattle at night with us for our elopement! I even text her places I wanted to get photos done at the night before and she was completely game to explore with us. She worked perfectly with our crazy little family (we have a then 5 year old), and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. When we got our photos back both my husband (who is not emotional at all) and I cried. Seattle is our favorite city, and we have already decided to go here for all of our future life events so Markie can take photos! I can't wait to work with her again!

  Markie Jones Photography makes you relax and feel comfortable in your own skin! No stiffly posted shots from this amazing photog. Between coming into the studio and conversations on the phone- you instantly feel at home with her. She is so welcoming and a pleasure to work with. She responds quickly to any questions and puts your mind at ease regarding any investment in her art. She is professional and quick with turn around times for galleries. I loved that she allowed me to customize a little book for my groom, as a fantastic Christmas gift. Markie helps you to represent yourself in her art, and captures the very best of who you are on film. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

  Markie Jones Photography did an amazing job on my daughter Summer and her husband Michael's wedding at the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium. She worked with a second photographer and shot over a thousand photos in around six hours. So many great photos to choose from. The engagement photography session is included with the wedding session price. Some photos are posted on my Facebook and on Markie Jones Photography under Summer and Michael Stullick wedding. Well worth your time to check her out.

She took the time to get to know us and it definitely showed in the photos that were taken. On a day where your mind is going crazy with things that need to be done, she helped us focus on what we had talked about and remembered the photos we showed her that we loved and made sure we captured them perfectly. We have since done our one year wedding anniversary shoot with her and plan on doing many more photo shoots in the years to come!

  Very unhappy with my pictures. Most are unusable. Noy one good portrait picture. Our faces were captured when we weren't prepared. We are mid blink or mid smile. Majority of the pictures are this way. Family portraits are the same. Very, very upsetting. Don't be fooled by online portfolios.

  It is surprising to receive the above review, when previous emails in August, stated how happy you were with the gallery provided. Having been hired 2 weeks prior to your July 30th wedding, we were unable to meet and go over the schedule for the day, as well as what shots were important to you. I kept in contact with the coordinator who tried to get these items from you, but was never able to provide them to me. As a documentary wedding photographer who specializes in capturing authentic moments as they happen instead of formal, stiffly posed portraits, I am very proud of these images and they align beautifully with the rest of my wedding portfolio.
