  LOVE our photos!

  I’m so happy we got the chance to work with Cara on our wedding day! We got our photos back recently, and couldn’t love them more. Cara’s calm, professional presence from the very beginning was so appreciated. She’s was incredibly easy to communicate with during the whole process. Her images are dreamy and romantic, and captured the beauty of our outdoor venue and friends and family so well.

  I’m so happy we got the chance to work with Cara on our wedding day! We got our photos back recently, and couldn’t love them more.   Our wedding day was truly one of the best days of our life so far. I am so glad that we found such an amazing photographer to help us document it and keep the memories and feeling of the day forever. Getting flattering photos is one thing - but Cara manages to also capture the mood of the day, the joy and celebration of our family and friends, and the little moments that made it such a memorable event. We'll have these forever, and are so happy with the quality of work - the photos themselves turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Her level of professionalism, prompt response to inquiries, and overall vision made Cara an absolute dream to work with. I can't recommend her enough.

  We cannot recommend Cara enough. When we first started to budget for our wedding, one of the first things we were told by friends and family was to be sure we worked with a great photographer because, besides the incredible memories of the special day, your photos are what you've got to hang on to and reflect back on for the rest of your lives. We were married in August, 2016 and looking back over our photos it brings me right back to what I was feeling at every moment. She cares about her work. We were important to her as people, not as a Client - and that was especially evident when we grabbed coffee the first time with her to get to know each other better. Cara captures what's underneath the pretty picture. She sees past the lens and is able to get the essence of the moment - which is so so rare. On top of her incredible ability to capture the sacred spaces, she is professional, kind, calm under pressure, and makes everyone in her presence feel at ease. We loved her and and are forever grateful for the gift she has given to us that we can look back on together over the years. Cannot cannot recommend her enough!

  We loved Cara! She was one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding! We contacted her for her beautiful photography - we were drawn to it for the vintage look and inspiration from nature - but I have to say we booked her because of how we immediately clicked with her. She completely understood what we wanted from our first phone call. She made a point to get to know us and that made a huge difference to us. I didn't feel like she would try to make our wedding anything other than what felt like us. We also felt confidant that she could photograph our beautiful outdoor wedding venue and do it justice. She did!
  
  Weddings are stressful, but Cara totally put us at ease. Throughout the process she was easy to talk to but also extremely professional. We had a few phone calls with her, met her in person and she gave us a great questionnaire to fill out with lots of important questions we never would have thought of. It was the perfect amount of communication. She was expensive for us, but we really felt worth the money once we saw our photos. They are stunning. Every time I look through the photos I feel like I find more to love. She captured details so beautifully we were both in awe. As another review mentioned, she made a true narrative out of our wedding day that we get to relive through our photos. She is really talented!
  
  We booked her for 6 hours and she came just at the end of our wedding preparation and stayed for about 30 minutes of the dance party. Though this was on the shorter side, for us this was the perfect amount of time for photos. We had extensive family photo requests and she got through them quickly so we had at least a little time to enjoy our cocktail hour! And the photos of the two of us are awesome. We had no idea what to expect, but they captured our mood and feelings perfectly.
  
  All this to say, hire Cara! She is the best!

  My husband and I got married in late October and are still basking in wedding bliss! We spend our free time reliving our wedding day and can do so, visually, thanks to Cara Brostrom and her team at Wonderbliss Photography. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming. We had decided early on that the photographs for our wedding day were top priority. And so we began the search. I knew immediately from the Wonderbliss website that Cara’s style was so special, unique, and that we would have pictures to look back on for a lifetime. We met with Cara about a year before the wedding when she took us out for brunch to meet with us. She didn’t have to do that but it was such a great way to get to know us and communicate our vision for our wedding day. Cara is so warm-hearted, experienced, and passionate about what she does. It shows in her work and in every detail she puts into your day. Cara and her team were so professional in the way they caught every moment of the night. Our time together capturing the first glance photos was so fun! Cara helped us to keep on schedule with a photography timeline so that we were able to enjoy every moment of the wedding and still capture amazing shots. Every couple should look back on their wedding day and have loved their photographer. We can honestly say that we LOVED our photographer and cannot wait to share her work with generations to come!

  Initially I looked into Wonderbliss because the quality and style of the photos aligned well with my style and goals. I felt like I was at the weddings in Cara's portfolio! Once we talked to Cara we knew right away that Wonderbliss was perfect for our wedding. Cara made a genuine effort to get to know us as people and as a couple before the wedding, and that was really important to us.   1. Cara made sure we got all the formal, informal, and staged couple shots we needed (and didn't even know we needed!). We were particularly happy spending time on the couple pictures as we never would have known how to stage such creative and beautiful shots. She gave us so much advice before and during the wedding that helped produce great pictures.
  2. Cara was willing and happy to accommodate all of our needs when planning for the day and day of. We felt comfortable asking her to deviate from the plan and she was always happy to do so! She provided a good balance between guidance for us and flexibility to meet our needs.
  3. Cara captured so many moments that she naturally knew would be special to us - we didn't have to tell her what and who we wanted on film. This was such a wonderful surprise since this requires really understanding what we would find meaningful to reflect on later.
  4. Finally, we and everyone we shared these with were blown away at how well the day was captured on film! It was not just a series of pictures, but a creative and beautiful narrative that we will get to relive every time we look at the pictures.   For me, finding the right photographer was arguably the most important task in planning my wedding. When I came across Cara's work, I knew she would be perfect- and she is!! She is creative, artistic, and has an amazing eye for the beauty that exists in non-traditional backgrounds and unique shots. And the best part? They don't come any sweeter!! Cara is amazing at her craft, and she could not come more highly recommended.

  I cannot say enough about how much I loved Wonderbliss!! Cara was beyond amazing, meeting with us prior to our wedding to discuss details, including our crazy idea for a photoshoot in a canoe after the ceremony. We are obsessed with our wedding photos, they came out so beautiful, exactly what we wanted. Natural, capturing the moments, laughter and celebration that was our wedding.

Her photos are works of art that capture moments in a real and honest way. We wanted photos that were ethereal and romantic, but didn't want them to look forced or unnatural. Cara understood this completely and gave us exactly what we wanted. The photos are dreamy but also silly and happy which was exactly how we felt that day!

  Cara Brostrom is incredible. Her warm, genuine personality is matched only by her expert skill set in photography. My experience with Cara started last winter, when we met up for drinks and to discuss her potentially being our photographer. We had the best time (more fun than strangers should have) and a few hours later, my fiance and I were positive that we wanted her to be a part of this experience. This personal meeting is the reason why our professional relationship was so successful; Cara took the time to get to know us and see how we interact as a couple. Our engagement shoot was so fun. We took a very whimsical approach to it, using props and fun outfits, and she totally understood what we were going for. They came out great and used a shot for our Save the Date, which people raved about. Our wedding shoot was also a blast. It was only a couple hours before the ceremony and nerves could have gotten the best of me, but Cara has a really calming sense about her. I wasn't the slightest bit on edge during our photos. I was taken out of the scary world of "I'm about to get married" and into this dreamy world where only my fiance, Cara, and I existed. We actually took our wedding party photos in a spot that I hadn't considered, but I put my trust in her and I'm SO happy with the backdrop. She really has an eye for the surrounding environment. I've now gotten a chance to look through our photos and I love them. A few words to describe our wedding album: classy, dreamy, ethereal.
  
  Lastly, I need to mention how committed Cara was to us. Our engagement shoot was merely 2 hours after the Boston Marathon bombing. With the city in a state of chaos, we did the shoot just a couple miles away from the finish line! Also, a very minor detail - Cara was 9 MONTHS PREGNANT at our wedding! She took every measure to make sure that we were covered in case she couldn't make it the whole day. It worked out wonderfully and I am thrilled with my photos!

  Cara did a fabulous job with our wedding pictures, and we couldn't be more pleased. She was so communicative through out the entire process, and once we hired her, I knew we did not need to worry about the photos as they were in great hands with Cara. She knows all the key moments to capture and does so wiith ease and perfect lighting. Her calming energy was refreshing on the wedding day, and her organization was reassuring every step leading up to it. I would highly recommend Wonderbliss Photography to anyone getting married. The quality is well worth the value of her packages.

  Cara was amazing. She was prompt and facilitated the necessary photos which was hard to accomplish when you have many distractions, from the event planners perspective. She is friendly and helpful and seems to always be on point. the prints turned out wonderfully. we ordered many from her sight because having the keepsake seemed better than posing digital images on facebook. i couldn't recommend a better wedding photog. thank cara.

  Cara is wonderful to work with. She is enthusiastic and extremely personable. She is great at communicating throughout the entire planning process. She also is open to your own personal vision. I loved her story telling theme when creating blogs for each individual wedding as well. The photography is a great value.
