  Dezi was amazing! I had terrible anxiety the morning of my wedding and she was so patient with me. I felt so sick that I couldn't even get up to sit in the makeup chair. I needed a few breaks and she understood and talked me through my anxiety while doing my makeup. She did an amazing job! My hair was perfect and makeup was so glamorous. I looked amazing and felt beautiful on my wedding day thanks to her!

  had the pleasure to work with Desi recently. She made our bride look like a Goddess and not to mention that she was on site the whole day making sure her makeup was flawless. Highly recommended! Her work is beyond beautiful

  Love Desi and after 12 years of dedication and loyalty to making me lovely, I can't say enough how much I appreciate her skill level, and her willingness to think outside of the box. Especially because I am not the easiest customer. She is always patient and has so many creative ideas and suggestions especially for halloween make up , bridal party makeup, masquerades, theme parties and so forth, she always gets my hair and make up just right. looking forward to many more years of hair and makeup fun, and spray tans too!!!!!! Thanks Desi!

  Dezi and the WOW girls were amazing!!! They were all professional and super friendly. I wanted to treat my bridesmaids for hair and makeup and Dezi's team did an excellent job! Not only did they arrive on time, they arrived ready to work and makes all 13 of us beautiful. I highly recommend the WOW Gilz, hair, makeup, and their attitude is worth every penny! Thank you Dezi and team!

  Dezi and her team are AMAZING! All of us girls truly enjoyed the pre-wedding hair and make-up prep. The entire staff was punctual, fun and took the time to understand every individual look the girls were going for. There was a total of 13 of us and everyone looked beautiful and we were done ahead of schedule!

  Dezi and her team were so amazing! Myself and 5 others went to her salon for my trial run of hair and make up and she was so accommodating and made us all feel comfortable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked through it together to make sure the outcome was practical and exactly what I wanted for my special day. A few weeks after my trial I started to wonder if how I did my makeup in the trial was what I wanted (Uhh you know us brides to be! Can't make up our minds!) so I text Dezi and she got my in for one more trial before the big day. When the big day finally came I was excited and nervous! My mother and step-mother were also going to be getting their hair and makeup done but I had worried their beautiful older skin (my moms 70) with heavier wrinkles might be challenging to apply makeup to. I was blown away to see what Dezi and her counterpart were able to do for my mother! She was stunning! They did hair and make up for 6 of us and not only was everyone gorgeous, but Dezi and her partner were a pleasure to hang out with for the hours that this took! They were fun, easy going, and made us all feel comfortable! They also knew exactly how long it would take, and finished right when anticipated giving me the time I needed to get dressed with ease. These ladies will definitely make you say WOW!!

  WOW was recommended to me by Natalie's cousin and I'm so happy about the referral. I mainly worked with Natalie, she did my trial run and was my point of contact, but she and Dezi both did hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids on the day of. I have nothing but good things to say- they were both great. I did the trial run and while I loved the up-do hairstyle, I kept picturing my hair down. I sent Natalie photos and we figured out a way for me to have my hair down but off my neck, as my wedding was in August and it was hot. She also asked photos of my bridesmaid's hairstyles leading up to the wedding, so the day of, she had everything ready for her and Dezi to go. Given that my bridesmaids have all different types of hair and skin tones, it was great so they knew what to expect the day of. We all had a slightly different hairstyle with relatively natural makeup. The airbrushing was amazing- no one needed touch-ups and even after hours of dancing, the makeup still looked great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to look amazing on your day of.

  Dezi and the WOW girls did an AWESOME job on my sister's wedding day. It was an all day event as there were 10 or so ladies getting their hair and makeup done. The airbrushing of the foundation really impressed me and looked so beautiful on everyone's skin.
  
  Dezi was super fun to talk to as she was doing my hair. And, well, I probably was not the easiest to work with, I'll admit, as I was not happy with the original hairdo that Dezi had created for me. But to be fair, I was not clear with what I was wanting from the beginning, so that was by no means her fault. In the end, she decided it would be easiest for us to take down the updo she had spent a big chunk of time creating and simply create something else. I felt bad that she took so much time on me, but I really wanted to feel good about my appearance as a bridesmaid and Dezi wanted that for me, too. We ended up leaving at least half the hair down and because we were running short on time, Dezi started working on the bride while the other girls helped touch up the curls in my hair and by the end, after all 3 of the WOW girls had added some splashes of their love to my hair, VOILA!! I totally LOVEEEED it!!!

  Dezi V did my wedding makeup and it was all I could have hoped for and more. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! What more can a girl ask for? After telling her the things I did not want/like after the trial, she created the perfect look for me on the big day. I feel it takes someone truly talented to really listen and deliver. In addition to being an amazing makeup artist, she provides amazing service. She went above and beyond her duties and helped put the veil in my hair (thank goodness, because no offense to my mom, but she would have probably messed up my hair trying to put it in) and even gave my mom and sister some pointers for lacing up my corset dress (those corsets are pretty, but such a pain!). Next time I have a special occasion I am for sure going to the team at WOW!

  Norma from WOW styled my hair for my wedding last year and I couldn't have been happier with it. She graciously did 2 trial styles on my hair so I felt very confident on the morning of my wedding on how it would look. Norma traveled out to my hotel location in Coronado and even arrived early!
  
  I adore looking at our wedding photos and am so glad my hair turned out as beautiful as it did. WOW is definitely a TALENTED one stop shop for hair and makeup and I'm so grateful they were so accommodating to myself and my bridesmaids!

  I had the pleasure to work with WOW Hair and Makeup Artisrty on my Big Day. Both my hair and makeup were even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They helped my bridial party, my mom, and me on my wedding day. I was able to sit back and relax because I knew that they had everything taken care of for me.   Dezi and Natalie are amazing! They did a mock trial on my mom and myself a few weeks before the wedding. They came to my hotel the morning of the wedding which was perfect. They did hair and make up for me the bride, my nine bridesmaids, both of our moms and styled the grooms hair as well. They were worth every penny. I recommend them to everyone I meet. They were understanding when we wanted to pause for pictures and video as they were doing hair and make up. They are wonderful and will make you day stress free. I loved my make up and hair. I felt beautiful!

  Everyone in our wedding party was extremely pleased with how their hair and makeup turned out. My mom was upset she did not get her hair and makeup done after seeing everyone else. These ladies are talented. Thank you.

  Everyone in our wedding party was extremely pleased with how their hair and makeup turned out. My mom was upset she did not get her hair and makeup done after seeing everyone else. These ladies are talented. Thank you.

  I was looking for a makeup and hair team who were reasonably priced to style me and my bridesmaids on my big day, and I found Dezi and her team. I met with Dezi for my make up and hair trial. I wasn't the easiest bride to work with since I really didn't know what I wanted, but she really helped and guided me in the process. One the day of, they were prompt and ready to style. For my girls, they really listened to what each girl wanted. The ladies looked perfect and I looked stunning. I got a great price for the make up and hair for myself and 6 girls. Highly recommend!
