    When I initially found this hotel as I was looking for a venue, I wasn't expecting to love everything about it. We had our wedding there last week and it was an amazing experience. Nancy, who is in charge of events, kept in touch with me about everything and even though I felt like I was nagging her with so many questions, she always responded quickly and made sure to answer everything. She was very involved with everything and made sure that everything the hotel was supposed to do was done. They were so great at helping make sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. They set up what needed to be set up and then took their decorations down. We of course handled everything that we brought. If you don't want to do your own decorations, they have a vendor suggestion for a company who decorates for events. The whole staff made sure our stay was great and the wait staff was on hand to help when it was needed. The bartenders were the absolute best! I wish we had gotten their names because they were so much fun. They were personable to all of our guests. They even got on the dance floor with us at some points in the night. Everyone loved the girls and they made sure to talk to everyone that came to them. It was an all around great experience and I am so happy that we had our wedding with the Wyndham Garden Greensboro.

    The Clarion Hotel is the best kept secret in Greensboro! They hosted our out of town guest Labor Day weekend for our wedding, and no one left disappointed. The service was great! Jakoma and Gillian were outstanding. I will continue to recommend this place to anyone thats interested in hosting an event. Great job!

    The Clarion Hotel, was a great place to have my wedding and reception. My wedding coordinator, Jackoma Jackson was awesome.

    Josie at the Clarion, along with the whole team, were essential to my needs. They worked seamlessly with my planners to create a great menu and flawless evening.

    Josie was absolutely amazing to work with. She always answered my emails and calls in a timely fashion and akways made me feel like all my stupid questions were important!! The Clarion as a staff was absolutely amazing handleling all of our out of town guest as well!! The food was great, people are still talking about it!!

    I had my wedding at the Clarion on 09/27/14. It was above and beyond anything that I expected. The hotel staff was wonderful, they worked really hard to make sure that the event was a success. Gayle,the sales manager stepped in to make sure that my vision for the big day was realized. The food was amazing all my guest have been complimenting me on how good the food was. The hotel rooms were very nice, you can tell that everything had been updated. The only issue was the cost of the alcohol for the host bar. The prices were a little high but I should have negotiated that prior to the wedding.

    We had no in town family to help us with set up, making sure everything was done, and look over the wedding reception. The Clarion hotel took care of everything! It was so amazing to find a location that was not only beautiful but did all the table decorations, had an in house cake maker, but had a personal wedding coordinator to assist us.

    We did have a little trouble on wedding day with our matrde (sp?) she was not aware of all the timing we had previously planned out on things. For example, when it came time for our toast no one had sparkling cider in the their glasses including the bride and groom. my father ended up sitting down and then had to do his toast from across the room.

    But, the food was wonderful, the cake was delicious and everyone had a wonderful time. We have since had several friends who have had rehearsal dinners there and wedding receptions.

    My husband and I had or wedding and reception at the Clarion 9/3/05!! It was a great event, and I have some great great memories of that special day. Jamie (the wedding coordinator at that time) was super helpful, and receptive to anything that I asked. For example we changed the entire menu around to make sure that the money we spent on food would be actual food that our guests would eat!
    The hotel accommodated all 287 of my guests with no problem.
    I would definately recommend!

    I absolutely loved working with Nancy! The venue included an all-inclusive package with a day of coordinator to take care of decorations, a wedding and anniversary cake, a caterer, a room block, and a bridal suite the day of the wedding through the day after. The only hiccup the day of the event was the absence of the wedding coordinator once the event started which meant we did not have anyone to assist with the cake cutting and the meant the groom had to walk through the ceremony space with the officiant once the event started to get to the alter (instead of from the side terrace).

    The kitchen manager (Joe) took our food up early then got very rude with me (Bride) and my director of coordinator when we asked about plates being made for my photographer, DJ, videographer. Then told me it was none of my business where the food went to that I paid for. I reached out several times to owners and no one every contacted me back not to even apologize. Not

    They was very unprofessional. They do not communicate between staff or well with us or my wedding planner. They over charge my husband the day before our wedding. They pull from his account when we was on our honeymoon. My room was not ready the day before my wedding. I caught the talking about my wedding in the hallway. Nancy the event planner say one thing and does other.
