  XIV Karats is a fabulous jewelry store, and I used them for the finishing touch to my bridal look. I already had earrings and a necklace that my mother had bought me as a gift to wear that matched my dress perfectly, and all I needed was a matching bracelet to complete all of my jewelry. Yosi helped me find the perfect piece that really made all the difference in all of my jewelry. Not to mention, I had never been to the store, so now I know about all of their beautiful pieces!! I plan on shopping here for my jewelry from now on, as well as modifying my wedding ring here as well. Before my wedding, Yosi had my engagment ring perfectly polished and shortened the necklace my mother bought for me to exactly the right lenghth for my A-Line gown. Yosi is so generous and friendly, and it was such a pleasure doing business with them.

  My now wife and I went to XIV for engagement ring shopping on a recommendation. We were met at the door by Allison B. and our experience at that point was immeasurable. Her attention to our desires and affordability was truly felt. She made every step of the rather intimidating experience one of joy and comfort. When we returned months later to choose our wedding bands Allison immediately greeted us by name without any hesitation.
  We were not going to make XIV Karat rich with our purchases, regardless of that we were treated as though we were the only ones in there that mattered. Our experience started here and we attribute the success which culminated last week in our wedding in large part to Allison who set the pace and good feeling about our decision.
  We have two other family weddings this year and both have been encouraged to try XIV Karat and ask for Allison. However, the feeling is strong that due to the business practice here any sales associate would make the experience memorable.
  Last is price. No worries, there will be something there affordable and a staff willing to stretch to make your choice affordable.

  I can't say enough wonderful things about XIV Karats! My husband got my engagement ring there and it is STUNNING. It is so unique, classic, and beautiful that I get compliments from random people all the time! Their customer service is also unmatched. The salespeople are attentive and take their time to meet their customers' needs. Their in-store jeweler is quick and does good work...we went in for a ring sizing and he did it on the spot- were out again with the resized ring in under 30 minutes. I was so impressed that I brought in a necklace to be restrung. XIV Karats did it for 1/5 of the price that Zales quoted to me and had it done 5 days ahead of schedule! They've become my go-to jewelry store for repairs and for future gifts!

  I love that store. We bought our wedding rings there and I couldnt be happier with mine. They have a huge selection and their prices are very competitive. The service is great and they really take care of you and spend time helping you choose something that you like.

  We got our wedding bands here and the selection and prices are excellent (which surprised me given the tony location). It can be a little hectic in the store but the final product is worth it - they made a matching eternity band for my Tiffany's engagement ring at a third of the cost it would have been in a blue box.

  The customer service was amazing. When I came in the first time to get sized and look at styles, the saleswoman let me try on as many rings as I wanted. She was extremely knowledgable. When my fiancé came in later to purchase a ring, he felt taken care of and did not get overwhelmed. The only reason I reduced their score is that they have limited hours of operation which basically force you to take time off work to go in.
