I ordered heart-shaped sparklers and thank-you cards from Yacanna.com. When they shipped separately and I called to make sure the sparklers were still coming, I received a response immediately during business hours to confirm that it would be arriving the next day. I was so impressed with the prompt service I received. My sister wanted a cage veil for her wedding. She was unable to order it from David's Bridal and receive it by her wedding day. We google it and found Yacanna.com store, and she found the perfect, affordable veil. I had anxiety that she would not receive it on time. We receive the veil in two days. My sister was beautiful on her wedding day.

Unresponsive customer service
I was beyond excited when I saw the unity sand set that I ordered for a much better price than everywhere else so i ordered it. I reached out to customer service three times, twice via email and I left a voicemail. And no response. I had placed an order with this company via the Walmart website. Apparently the listing on the website was incorrect which as a consumer was frustrating but as a business owner I understand. The issue was not just the fact that my ordered was cancelled but when I called to inquire about the order I was flat out told it was cancelled due to the incorrect price not because it was "Out of Stock" like they had told Walmart. I was taken aback by that response. I then asked what they could possibly do to rectify the situation. I didn't expect them to honor the order but I was looking for some sort of resolution for the poor customer service and for the inconvenience as a consumer. I needed these Favors today for an event that is going to be held all month long. Again there solution and I quote "If you need them soon go to Amazon, Pay for prime and you should get them in two days" SERIOUSLY! You send me to Wal Mart's competitors without missing a beat and then you have the audacity to tell me to pay for prime and go else where!!! Thank god for Kelly(She's a rockstar btw!!!) and Walmart's customer service she was super empathetic to the experience I had with Yacanna and very surprised when telling her where they suggested I go. Which was again to Walmart's competitor. DO NOT ORDER TO YACANNA UNLESS YOU WANT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!I had placed an order with this company via the Walmart website. I never received my poduct as there was added postage I had to pay at which point I contacted them and refused to pay this as I wasnt notified of any extra payment! I had already paid about $80 and was nit prepared to waste money on something that wasnt delivered on time anyway. I have chased them for almost a year and have now given up. I ordered photo frame for sand ceremony. It was shipped with UPS. So I paid $42 extra payment that I wasn't notified by Yacanna. But! Frame came with damage. And it was packed with damage! So Yacanna send another one but I have to paid again $42 extra taxes for shipping. If I knew about this extra payments for the $50 frame I will never made an order here. So becouse of additinal extra payments for the second frame I didn't recieve it in time. With cost for delivering I paid about $170 for $50 frame but didn't recieve proper product.

This company cheated me - I ordered sequined white flip flops for my beach wedding. The flip flops that were sent to me had sequins missing and were discolored. I promptly returned them the day after I received them. I had to contact them about the return and was told that they would not give me a refund because the shoes had grass stains and pieces on them and appeared to be worn. Yacanna.com has been in retail business and help brides on wedding cake toppers, bridal hair accessories and wedding accessories since 2003. We've been Accredited Business and A+ rating business by BBB since 8/16/2006. We have just been voted "2011 bride choice award" by weddingwire.
Emmiesmom is SPAM artists. She bought a pair of flip flops at October 2010 and return to us with a worn shoe (with grass stains on it). This can not apply our return/refund policy. She filed claim with BBB and lose the case. Since then she started post negative feedback again Yacanna.com all over the internet. -

I ordered from this vendor, Yacanna. The order was shipped out by USPS. I never received the product. I contacted the vendor. They stated the USPS tracking showed delivery and I should take care of the matter with the USPS. I went to the USPS and they said the shipper has the relationship with them and that it is the shipper who is to satisfy the customer and the USPS reimburses the shipper after they make a claim. I emailed Customer Service at Yacanna and relayed what the USPS had told me. The seller refused stating they show it was received and have no obligation to do anything further. The USPS then advised me to dispute the charges with my credit card company or Pay Pal.
I paid for the product, the shipping and the service. Then the seller left me hanging to deal with the fact that I never received it. I did not choose the shipping service; the seller did.
So, Yacanna got paid, the USPS got paid and Pay Pal got paid but I did not receive my package. I disputed the charges thru Pay Pal and they issued me a credit but Yacanna never apologized nor cared.
