I recently had the pleasure of working with Yaimara as my wedding planner, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She truly was a godsend throughout the entire wedding planning process!! I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to have met Yaimara and develop a great relationship. She is patient, organized and dedicated to what she does.
I began planning my own wedding but then realized I actually really needed help! I I was able to hire Yc Weddings and Events, 4 months before the big day. (The only thing I had secured was the venue.) Yaimara took the time to understand my vision and preferences, and then she quickly secured all the vendors that were needed!
Yaimara also kept me on track with the small things I needed to do along the way, and if I had any questions she was always a phone call or text away.
Day of the wedding was perfect, it was everything we envisioned and more!!! My guests are still talking about how beautiful the flowers and decor were, plus how attentive Yaimara and her team were. Yc Wedding And Events worked behind the scenes to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline, she handled it all with grace. I was able to relax and enjoy every moment of the day, knowing that Yaimara had everything under control. My wedding was stress free and I got to truly enjoy the day with my Husband.

Yaimara made our day so incredibly special. She helped us through a venue change, and literally turned the new venue into an absolute dream. She was the most patient person throughout the whole wedding process. Even our guest were impressed and told us how amazing our planner was. Yaimara worked so hard on everything, including all the small details you don’t think of, such as the lines in the table clothes. I could go on forever about all the amazing things! From the minute that we contacted Yaimara we knew that YC Wedding and Events were the planning service for us and we immediately hired them for event planning and design. Yaimara was so organized and was able to take my very scattered vision and turn it into a reality - I am someone who really struggles with visualizing what I want and I need to see things in order to make decisions and Yaimara catered to that every step of the way by putting together planning boards, sending pictures, and even making recommendations on how we could get our same vision but for better costs. I don't know how I would have made it through the months leading up to the wedding with Yaimara, as she truly kept me sane and on track with all of the things I needed to do. She is calm under pressure and always had a plan B for in case things didn't go to plan (everything went to plan!).
On our wedding day, Yaimara was proactive about making sure all of the details were taken care of, and she even was able to make sure that we felt ready and taken care of as well, which really added to our overall experience. Everything turned out even better than I could have imagined, our flowers were beautiful, and all of the vendors she helped us select were perfect. We are forever grateful for Yaimara and all of her work because our dream wedding could not have happened without her.
Yaimara was there all day and stayed all night to make sure that all of our decor was cleaned up and everything was ready to go. She attended our rehearsal to make sure everyone knew where to go and she made herself overly available to all of our groomsman, bridesmaids and parents in case they needed anything or had any questions.
If you have the option to work with YC Wedding and Events, I would highly recommend that you do, and you will not regret it. If I could do my day all over again, I would, because it was an amazing day.YC Wedding and Events's reply:

Absolutely amazing from start to finish!
My husband and I are SO thankful for Yaimara’s dedication to helping us make our wedding weekend amazing. Her communication along the way was incredible, as well as, her organization. We worked closely together for over a year and 3.5 months prior to our wedding day we had to find a new venue due to aftermath of hurricane Ian damage. Thanks to Yaimara’s help and hard work, we were able to seamlessly pull It off and we could not be more grateful. As for the actual wedding day, everything went as close to perfect as It could. She helped bring all of my ideas to light while also bring wonderful new ideas to my attention, while working closely with all of our (many) vendors to make our dreams come true. Yaimara and her assistant went above and beyond to make our wedding day so wonderful and we are forever grateful! -

Yaimara made everthing easy!
Yaimara was recommended to us by a coworker and I couldn't have been happier with her services. She was very involved from the beginning advising us how to make our day as easy as possible. Definitely the planner that will handle all the details for you and help you make decisions. She has experience in her field and is very good at what she does. You wont regret trusting her with your special day. -

This simple review cannot cointain enough words to completely express our appreciation. Yaimara is super extraordinary. She is by far the best wedding planner ever!We are still in awe when we look back on everything she did for us before, during, and after the wedding. An Absolute Necessity
Yaimara was key in bringing our whole day together. She has an amazing vision and was able to bring to life a vision that we could never have done on our own. It took so much of the stress out of the day and left us to celebrate. Yaimara was so professional, adaptive, and responsive. We hired her sort of last minute and she was still able to bring everything together and make the experience so special!! We love Yaimara! -

You can’t get any better than Yaimara!
I can’t even begin to express how thankful my husband and I are to have found YC Weddings and Events! Yaimara was the absolute best on our wedding day. I was able to relax and not stress about anything because she handled everything so seamlessly. She even was able to hide the fact that it was down pouring in the back of the venue while I was getting ready in the front with clearer skies. My major worry prior to the wedding was rain and having to have my wedding inside and Yaimara made sure that didn’t happen. She even got drenched from the rain because she was coordinating everything so that it could be outside as planned (which included wiping the ceremony chairs three times prior to the wedding). She made my day an absolute dream and worked with all of the vendors so I was not pulled away from enjoying my day. I wish I could have another wedding just to work with her again! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further. I can’t say or express how thankful I am enough. I am so blessed to have found Yaimara one month before my big day and I hope everyone gets the pleasure and opportunity to work with Yaimara at YC Weddings and Events!YC Wedding and Events's reply:

I hired Yaimara as my month of planner for my wedding at the Vineyards country club. Yaimara completely understood my decor plan and vision and set up the reception hall perfectly. She worked patiently with me for months as I continued to make a lot of changes to the wedding decor due to my indecisiveness. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was perfect and my family and I didn’t have to worry about any little details that day. Yaimara also worked with all of my vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. If anything on my wedding day, or leading up to the day, went wrong - I had no idea because Yaimara was there to handle and troubleshoot it all. Everything turned out so beautiful because of her help planning and also because of her coordinating the weeks before and the day of the wedding. I couldn't imagine the stress I would have had leading up to the wedding if it wasn't for her. . I am grateful for Yaimara direction, steady voice, professional wisdom and personal interest in making our day unforgettable. All of our guests have raved about how beautiful the wedding was and how much fun they had. Our wedding and reception was perfect and I know Yaimara had a big role in that. Yaimara was the best wedding event planner find for our anniversary destination celebration in Naples. Florida. She always helped us keep our budget in mind while finding the most beautiful decor at The Ritz Naples. I couldn’t have done this without her as we don’t live in Florida. Yaimara is very kind, sweet and has a great relationship with the bridal industry in Naples. She provided excellent choices for vendors and always followed up. Our wedding process would have been chaotic without her help and expertise in her field. She makes time for all our questions and helped bring our vision to life. We are very happy we worked with her. We were able to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest without worrying about odds and ends many brides without a wedding planner have to take on themselves.
