We absolutely loved Bethannee and Matt for both our engagement photos and on our wedding day. We have, what I'm sure are, wonderful pictures coming, based on our preview. During our ceremony, it's like they weren't even there. Even our officiant said he barely noticed them. As an added plus, they were great with all of our nephews and Matt even helped my husband try to fix his pants when they ripped! At the end of the night, they checked with us before they took off, then stopped on their way out to take out their camera again when they saw some more shots. We're so sad they're moving back to Michigan because we would have used them for all of our future family photos! -

Anne Sent on 12/04/2017Matt was recommended to us and we are so glad we found him! The engagement shoot with Matt and Bethanee was so much fun. We didn't have a ton of ideas of scenery that we wanted but Matt had a bunch of great ideas in the city and the pictures turned out great. They were with us all day on wedding day, Bethanee with myself and Matt with my wife. I was nervous it would be a little awkward but it was the opposite. They both made us feel so comfortable and got incredible detail shots of our attire and getting dressed. Matt even played heads up with the bridal party during down time! Throughout the ceremony and reception we hardly noticed they were there, but they got so many incredible shots. So glad we decided to go with them for the most important day of our life, we couldn't have been happier! -

We hired Matt early in the planning process. We signed the contract, paid, and picked a custom package.
The wedding was beautiful, and the digital photos are great looking.
However, weeks after the wedding, we had not received anything we ordered other than the digital copies of the photos (album, prints, a disc etc) all paid for. I emailed several times only to be told "we will get it to you" or ignored completely. I sent them the completed contract and package details once again. Once again I was ignored.
I reached out to Matt through Instagram for an update or a refund. He asked me for my address and then never sent anything.
They are now in Michigan. They did not tell us they moved. I found a cell phone number from early in our planning process to find them. It is one year after my wedding and I have received nothing I ordered. It's heartbreaking and I regret hiring them. It's pretty clear I was ripped off. Avoid these people.
