  My (now) fiance and I had the absolute best experience with Ylang 23. I was looking for an engagement ring that was high quality and felt lovingly crafted and cared for and knew that the big box stores would not do the job. I wanted something that could be a future heirloom but also that would fit into my active lifestyle.
  Ylang23 was a fantastic resource for determining our style without any judgement or price pressure. Every consultant we talked to at Ylang was focused on getting us what we were looking for- unlike other stores they didn't divide rings into "engagement" and "non-engagement". They helped us identify the design elements we loved (textured metal, bezel sets, emerald cut, handcrafted details) and when we weren't finding exactly what we were looking for were a great partner in designing the ring. My fiance ultimately ended up designing the perfect ring from Megan Thorne with the help of Lauren Havens. I'm incredibly excited to work with the same team for my band. I would recommend Ylang 23 and in particular Megan Thorne's rings to anyone looking for a truly beautiful durable alternative work of art and a great experience.

  The entire process was amazing. I purchased a Megan Thorne custom ring. We were able to have some minor details custom made and YLANG 23 made it happen with no problems at all. I didn't have any worries about purchasing a ring I had never seen in person because of the professionalism from both companies. When my bride saw her ring for the first time during the ceremony, she was blown away and extremely pleased. She couldn't be happier with the ring.

  Celina at Ylang23 was more than helpful to me with choosing my wedding band. Her customer service was second to none, I had a lot of questions to ask as I live in Ireland and had to calculate duty and tax, she responded to all my emails very quickly. I couldn't recommend her highly enough and I'm delighted with my ring!

  I had the greatest experience working with the Ylang 23 staff!! They were so friendly, patient, and flexible (which I was incredibly appreciative of considering I had to make a rush order on my first Cathy Waterman piece). They were almost more enthusiastic about my big day then I was lol! Last year I moved to Japan and for my 30th birthday I decided to order a second Cathy Waterman piece. Shipping internationally was no problem and I received my order in a timely manner. I love the variety of jewelry they carry and whenever I'm in the mood to purchase a new piece they are always the first website I look at. I highly recommend! Thanks for everything Ylang 23. Until, next time :)

  They do not bother replying e-mails once they've got hold of your money. Nor do they warranty the quality of the jewelry they sell. Should anything break down within a short period of time it will be your responsibility and expenses to have the piece fixed. Like it was with my A. Ferdinandsen earrings. Overpriced and zero customer-oriented.

  I ordered my jennifer meyer necklace and at first ylang23 was very helpful. However I had a problem with the courier they used. For 2 weeks since shipping, the necklace was still not delivered to me. So i asked ylang23 for help and they asked me to contact customs (instead of the courier) when I already prepaid the tax. Usually it only takes 1 day to clear customs in Singapore. Now it is 2 weeks. So I had to contact ylang23, borderfree, aramex (courier) and customs everyday. Until finally with no help from ylang23 it turns out that aramex did not file the permit needed to clear the necklace. When I informed ylang23 of this this is their response in all caps. They sound very frustrated AT ME! By the way the necklace is still not delivered to me.
