Everything went smoothly despite all the setbacks and various miscommunications. Yolo Fliers Club did a wonderful job being flexible and helpful with the wedding process and provided fantastic food at a reasonable price range.

My daughter and her husband were married at the Yolo Fliers Club this past September. The planning and wedding were perfect. No hyperbole. It was truly perfect! I've never been involved with a wedding that went like this one...and I've never been to a wedding (or any other banquet or big event) that had food as good as the food the club served at her wedding. It was like dining at a fine restaurant. Every guest with whom I talked mentioned how good the food was and how nice the facility was. The venue (outside for the ceremony and inside for the reception) was beautiful and the service was first rate. (Even the weather cooperated.)

Weddings start with planning and this one was no exception. My daughter started in April for a September wedding - which is a very short time for weddings these days. From the first inquiry about the club to the wedding itself, the experience was really amazing! The club's events team, headed by Veronica Lopez, and the executive chef, Chris Headding, are the best! They did a fabulous job making this the perfect wedding.

Veronica is special. I could see that from our first conversation. She knew how to handle my stressed daughter perfectly. It was obvious that she genuinely wanted my daughter to have exactly the wedding that she wanted and more. Veronica made great suggestions. She also gave my daughter a list of local people who provided some of the services that the Yolo Fliers Club doesn't provide such as the photographer, DJ, and florist. That proved to be very valuable and kept the costs down considerably. My daughter picked people on the list and we couldn't be happier. Their services were better and less expensive than those my daughter found on Google, Yelp, and wedding sites.

The club was decorated beautifully and everything down to the smallest detail was planned and done exceptionally well. I can highly, highly recommend the Yolo Fliers Club for your wedding.

We had a great experience at YFC, our wedding was nicer than expected, Veronica and her team were so much help and very professional, we felt comfortable since day 1 when we met with Veronica she made the planning so much easier and enjoyable, trusting her really allowed us to enjoy our day and everything was perfect!!!! I really recommend YFC, food was also amazing.

Veronica and Ivan were great! They took care of everything and made sure our wedding was a truly special day. I highly recommend this facility for event hosting.

We initially chose YFC for our daughter's wedding and reception because of the landing strip immediately adjacent to the club, which provided a dramatic entrance for my husband and our daughter (the bride) to fly-in at the beginning of the ceremony in a vintage airplane. Soon after meeting Ivan Gonzales, we realized we had a partner who was invested in making our vision for the entire event a reality. Ivan and his team are exceptionally professional, accommodating and organized down to the last detail. Even our vendors (wedding planner, DJ and photographer) remarked that the staff at YFC are more cooperative and helpful than they've encountered at any other venue, always springing into action with every request. Their chef put on a perfectly and deliciously prepared feast including appetizers and dinner for 155 guests, and their presentation was flawless. We found YFC's pricing to be very competitive which allowed more room in our budget for those extra touches that make an event such all the more personal and memorable.

The Yolo Fliers Club was a phenominal location to have our wedding. Ivan worked with us from the beginning to assure us we could have the wedding we envisioned at the Yolo Fliers Club. While the club had the equipment to handle our wedding, we opted to find and rent our own chairs for our ceremony to match our color scheme. The folks at the club were more than accepting of this and even worked with the deliverers on drop off and pickup all while we were away from the venue. Their new patio was perfect for our wedding and allowed our family to gather outside under shade before and after the ceremony. The food was outstanding and they even worked with us to add a couple things to the dinner menu we knew we'd be craving. On the location, Woodland was perfect for our out of town guests. While it did make it a bit of a hassle to get there from the southeast side of the Sacramento area, many of our guests flew in and were able to take a shuttle to the cluster of Woodland hotels near Sac Intl without having to rent a bunch of rental cars. We're glad we made the choice to have our wedding at the Yolo Fliers Club, and hope that if you do, you'd end up agreeing with us!
