I hosted an event for 75 people using the YWCA's Ballroom space. I had an excellent experience with the Y staff who made the process very simple and seamless from preparing a contract through to being present during the event to make sure everything went well. I utilized one of the approved caterers for the food and everything was arranged nicely for my guests, including the tables and chairs that were supposed to be there for me. As a side note, the sound system is fantastic for background music or speaking. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the event and were able to conveniently park right next door to the venue. Thanks so much to Kayla at the YWCA for all her preparations and making sure the event would go well. I would definitely recommend for a party, wedding or meeting!

The YWCA was great to work with and was able to provide everything we needed for the day - tables/chairs & set-up, coffee, easy access to electricity, screen for playing videos, microphones and sound system...all wonderful and ready to go! Very responsive and positive team.

Kayla and the YWCA staff were wonderful. They were very responsive before and during the event with any changes.

The Breathing Association hosted Breathe Easy at the Speakeasy at the YWCA in Fall 2017. We were delighted to the above and beyond service provided by Kayla- every detail was considered and discussed with patience blowing away any expectations. The venue delighted time over time- a staircase into the ballroom for every guest's grand appearance, accessibility, great parking and of course, it is BEAUTIFUL!

We held a fundraising event in the ballroom, and the experience was great from top to bottom! Kayla is very conscientious,a nd she went above and beyond to ensure that our event went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a top-noch event!

Definitely recommend the YWCA Columbus! It was a great space, tucked into the heart of downtown Columbus. The event team was easy to work with and able to answer our questions quickly. Our guests loved the history of the building and being able to support the YWCA in their important life-changing mission! Cost of venue was about average compared to other local venues.

The Huntington Hall ballroom here is beautiful! It is large with a great dance floor, stage, bar area and outdoor patio. It was perfect for our 200 guests. The maintainence crew was very helpful! The parking lot that you pay extra to rent is owned by another company and can be tricky if they overbook or something, but there is a garage across the street too. Andrew the director wasn't very helpful when we ran into an issue with parking and he was very negative when we met the week before wedding to finalize all the details. He wasn't open to our ideas and basically we had to set it up how he thought it would work. With that said, it ended up being perfect and he even allowed us to set up a day early since the hall wasn't booked that night. It took a lot of stress off. All in all a fantastic venue!!
