  I am so happy I made the trip to Zita from Oshkosh. Just when I had given up and thought I wouldn't find the one of my dreams, I found the one that brought me and my family to tears! Cynthia and Lucy were amazing to work with, made sure I was completely satisfied, and were genuinely excited for me! I couldn't have had a better experience!

  Everyone at Zita Bridal Salon was very helpful during my dress search and a lot of fun to work with! I felt like my budget was respected (more so here than at other salons) and ended up finding the perfect dress right away. Once my dress came in, the alterations process was great with Maria, who is such a pleasure to work with. She altered my dress as well as my mother's and both looked fabulous.

  Everyone at Zita Bridal Salon was very helpful during my dress search and a lot of fun to work with!   My journey to find the perfect wedding dress was not exactly the easiest. After finding a dress I thought I loved at another shop, it arrived in this yellowish color that was not like the sample dress I had tried on. I didn't want to be "that bride" that bought a second dress so I was planning on wearing the dress anyways. My mom was the one who made me go to a few other bridal shops to see if I could find something I was 100% happy with. Even knowing that we were on an extremely tight timeline and it might not be possible to order a dress in time, Cynthia was beyond accommodating to help me find a new dress. I found the perfect dress at Zitas and Cynthia and her team was amazing in making sure I had the perfect dress and accessories for my wedding day. I cannot thank the entire team enough for all of their help and support throughout the process. Maria is incredible and made sure my dress fit like a glove. Cynthia treated my mom and me like family from the moment we arrived. I cannot say enough good things about Zita Bridal Salon and would hands down recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress.

  Zita's staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. They were patient and allowed me to come in and "visit" me dress whenever I asked. I also had my alterations done there with Maria at Pieces of Thread. Maria was THE BEST part of my experience with Zita's. She is so talented and a lovely person.   My bridal experience with out a doubt would not have been the same without Zita Bridal Salon. I currently live in Milwaukee after moving here for work with my now husband. I am originally from the East Coast where my wedding was taking place as well as where all my family and friends live. I decided I wanted to purchase my gown locally for fittings and final touches. When my mom flew out to try on dresses, we immediately fell in love with Zita's after visiting 3 other salons. From the start, the staff could not have been more wonderful to work with. All the amazing and unique wedding dresses are on the floor (which not every salon does) so we were able to look and go thru all the different styles and designers. It was because of this I went with a completely different look then I thought I would wear. I ended up with an A-Line and capped sleeves- total surprise but could not have been more perfect. To this day I still get people asking me where my dress was from as it was so unique and special that people have not seen it anywhere else.
  
  Cynthia, Maria and the entire Zita team made me feel like family from the beginning to end and helped me with a veil, earrings and hair clips to put my whole bridal look together.They were even able to ship my gown to Baltimore, where the wedding was taking place so I did not have to travel with it on the airplane.
  
  Overall I highly recommend Zita's to any bride who is looking for a unique and special gown with the best customer service experience you could ask for.

  The staff at Zita's Bridal knew exactly what I wanted when I walked through their door. Before I was shopping for a dress and never thought I could find one for my wedding. When talking with the ladies there, they were able to find the right dress for me and what I wanted. I would recommend this salon to anyone, they were all wonderful to work with.

  I never scheduled an appointment to look at dresses, so when my family and I showed up, they were more than willing to make sure I had the experience that everyone else gets with an appointment. (Not to mention it was their off day). I found my dress just after trying on 4 dresses. They have a great selection and made with amazing quality! The staff were excellent and easy to talk with. I had small alterations done and had an easy time scheduling that appointment through Zita. Highly recommend them!

  Zita's was very responsive to our needs including opening early to allow the bride's special needs sister a less hectic environment to try on her dress for alterations. Maria of Pieces of Thread did a wonderful job with all of the alterations and pressing of the dresses and the grooms tux.

  Zita Bridal has the most beautiful dresses! Every time I walked in for a fitting, I wanted to buy another dress even though I had no doubts I had purchased the perfect dress for me! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Alterations were done very well. I loved my dress!

  My wedding dress search included 6 stores and more dresses than I can remember. The ladies of Zita's were so patient and so kind when I returned for a second trip without an appointment. I found my perfect dress that even I never thought I would fall in love with. I felt supported and never pressured through the entire experience. I cannot believe how beautiful my dress was and that after 5 other stores it was always waiting for me at Zita's. THank you to all the ladies of Zita's for helping me to find the dress that made me feel like a bride!

  My experience with Zita's was wonderful! i had been looking for a dress for a while and almost settled for a dress until i saw Watters collection and searched for bridal shops carrying that designer. That is how i found Zita's. I saw that there was trunk show I called a scheduled an appointment. My attendant Janet was so friendly, helpful and she provided me with excellent service She pulled dresses that i liked from the collection and i kept going back to the one dresss which ended being THE ONE. On each of my appointment there was no pressure to make an immediate purchase and i was even given complimentary tickets to a bridal show which was indeed "one of a kind". When my dress arrived they gave me a call and assisted in the first fitting. Janet was able to give me great tips and an idea of when i should consult for the minor alterations needed for the dress. If you are looking for a great bridal shop...this is what you are looking for!!!

All the staff there were very professional and helpful in providing their opinions with my each try-outs. We had her full attention the entire time, and she did everything she could to help me find the perfect dress. She asked me what ideas I had in mind for my dress, listened to every detail that I was describing, and did everything in her power to help me out. When I finally put on THE wedding gown, it was so surreal to have this dream become a physical reality and I could not stop smiling.   After visiting a number of bridal salons searching for my bridal gown and my bridesmaid dresses, I entered Zita. The difference between this salon and the others was HUGE and my experience here trumped all others. AudriAnn and Cynthia were incredible to work with and helped me in a number of ways on a short timeline. Another salon cancelled on me the day of my appointments and I immediately called Zita as I had bridesmaids coming from out of town. Cynthia immediately set me up for an appointment that afternoon and I chose my dresses then! My experience couldn't have been better and I am so pleased that I came in!

Marina is wonderful to work with, as well as Maria in alterations. When I first arrived Marina took me on my personal dress tour, showing me dresses in my price range and the styles I was looking forward. However, she. Wasn't too forward about it; I was able to wander if I wanted, too. The best part: dresses at Zita's are not in enormous sizes so you can really can an idea of what the dress will look like.   I bought my wedding dress at Zita's and it's beautiful. They have a wide selection of gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I also got my dress altered there and their alterations women is the best! I found everyone at Zita's to be polite and friendly. I would recommend Zita's to friends and family.

  I went to Zita's after going to a few other bridal salons and they were just excellent. My consultant Diane was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure my experience there was fantastic. I ended going back a few times before I purchased my dress and every time i was there they were terrific! I would highly recommend going to Zita's to get your wedding dress. They have reasonable prices and are willing to work within your budget. The selection of dresses were great and i really liked the family feel of the environment. Overall i would highly recommend Zita's to any bride looking for their dream dress.

  Zita bridal salon was amazing! They listened closely to how I wanted to feel and look on my wedding day! The staff was great to work with especially MaryPat & Cynthia! I would also highly recommend Maria the seamstress that works in Zita as well. Her work was outstanding and made my dress fit like a glove! Thanks ladies for all your work to make me feel like an amazing bride!

  Zita bridal salon was amazing! They listened closely to how I wanted to feel and look on my wedding day! The staff was great to work with especially MaryPat & Cynthia! I would also highly recommend Maria the seamstress that works in Zita as well. Her work was outstanding and made my dress fit like a glove! Thanks ladies for all your work to make me feel like an amazing bride!

  Zita's staff was great. They gave me lots of personal attention and great service even with my limited budget. I bought my dress at a sample sale and got a great deal. The store is beautiful and has a great atmosphere and they have a great selection of dresses. Much better experience than at David's Bridal where I got very little personal attention and felt the sales staff was just trying to make a sale. Would highly recommend!

  We shopped for (and ended up buying) bridesmaids dresses at Zita's. They have a large selection of dresses to choose from, and big fitting rooms that accomodate multiple people. We found a great dress and decided to buy it, and that's when the headache began. BUT, it's not even worth going into the details, because in the middle of working out my order (a several week process) the store came under new management. Marina, one of the new people, was incredibly helpful and patient. She unfortunately bore the brunt of my frustration even though she had nothing to do with it, and did whatever she could to help me and get my girls the right dresses. They even worked out a special payment situation for me that was a little tricky to keep track of, but they were willing to work out everything. My girls were all over the country, and they took care of calling or e-mailing them to get details and even shipped the dresses to mutliple locations. The dresses turned out great--I loved them, and the bridesmaids said they did too. I hear that Zita's is moving to a new location in downtown Milwaukee, and even in the old place I would recommend working with Marina and her team at Zita's.
