All my guests are still telling me that our wedding was the best they had been too. There were a lot of things that went into it, but it wouldn't have happened without Zoe Braga and her team. They MADE my wedding happen - and happen beautifully and with the least amount of stress. She guided me to the best vendors, answered any and every question I had, and because of her experience, professionalism, and organization, I went into the week of my wedding feeling so confident and sure that everything was ready. My wedding day was the happiest and fun day of my life and it was because I knew that Zoe and her team were making sure that everything went according to plan. Zoe was a calm rock that I could lean on at any moment, and I will forever be indebted to her for helping me make our special day truly epic! -

We got married in Mendocino, CA and worked with Zoe as our wedding planner. We are not local to Mendocino and were not able to see or interact with any of our vendors before they were hired. We told Zoe what our vision was for our day and she was able to identify all of the perfect vendors. From the ceremony location, reception location, caterer, hair and makeup, rentals every single vendor was selected at Zoe's suggestion and we couldn't have been happier. Don't know how many racks of wine glasses you'll need? Me either. Zoe does. Our wedding was the perfect day, thanks Zoe and team! -

We hired Zoe as a partial planner for our wedding day and day-of-coordinator for our welcome party. Having her support & insight was crucial and we appreciated her local relationships & experience working with the best vendors. Our weekend surpassed all of our expectations with additional sweet touches like a floral arrangement from Zoe’s moms garden, coordinating a bonfire for us on the beach, and exceptional service for our guests throughout the weekend. Plus she did so much behind the scenes to make everything seamless. Her calm demeanor was perfect to calm this Type A, anxious bride! ♥️♥️ -

Zoe is the absolute best. She's thoughtful, thorough, and calm. She helped make our wedding into one of the best days of our lives. Can't recommend enough. Esp if you are hosting a wedding in the Mendocino area - she knows all the vendors and can even help with staffing. Cheers Zoe! -

We hired Zoe to help our family with the rehearsal dinner prior to our son's wedding since we were out of state. What a blessing she was! She gave us excellent suggestions for food resources, music, and more. Hiring her to assist the evening before the wedding allowed us to meet and interact with our new daughter-in-laws family and have a very fun, relaxing evening! She was also the wedding coordinator on their special day. With her calm, yet take charge presence, the event couldn't have gone any smoother! It's obvious she loves doing what she does.... and she does it well! -

Zoe came onboard just over a month before our COVID micro wedding. We came to Zoe with a venue that didn’t offer any infrastructure due to COVID, all of our vendors selected except food (which was particularly to important to us since we are known foodies), and a vision of doing dinner on the deck of our suite at the resort we were staying at. Zoe helped us work through our food options, and we eventually selected a takeout option over catering since that allowed us to go with a restaurant we knew was high quality. She walked us through the rentals we would need and helped coordinate with the rentals vendor and the restaurant, and did the last-minute coordination with all our vendors to ensure everything went smoothly the day of.
When the day arrived, Zoe was amazing. She had everything handled, from picking up flowers to setting our dinner table. She kept things together when my husband’s brother was 40 minutes late and we had to push things back. Zoe’s catering background was a huge benefit, as she put together an insta worthy charcuterie board from the ingredients my husband and I brought, and then ensured dinner was warm and delicious by the time we sat down, and everything was gorgeous and smooth all night long.
We hired Zoe to take some of the stress out of final detail planning, and to ensure we and our family would not have to worry or run around taking care of things on our wedding day. Zoe executed that plan flawlessly.

I already know this review will not adequately relay the way Zoe went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch and our every desire was taken care of! Due to corona virus, two months before our wedding we decided we would have to change our original plans for something much smaller and decided to have our wedding with just our immediate family (12 in total!) at my grandparents property in Fort Bragg. One month before our wedding we decided we should still hire a wedding coordinator, so that we could fully enjoy the day! Even though it was so small we still had dinner catered, flowers delivered, photos taken, music and rentals to coordinate and multiple locations! Zoe's handled this all with expertise and incredible organization. She had an answer for every question we could have possibly come up with and was an incredible calming presence through the entire process for my family! She took on many extra rolls with the event being so small to make sure that we had the best day ever and my family could enjoy every moment of it. I cannot thank Zoe enough! Hire her! -

Zoe was an amazing month-of coordinator, especially if you're looking to get married in the Mendocino / Fort Bragg area. She came highly recommended from a friend, and we quickly realized that we'd made a great choice as she already had a personal relationship with each of the vendors that we were working with, which made the whole process so smooth. While we only had Zoe "officially" for the month leading up to the wedding, we met with her 10 months out to do a venue walkthrough, and she did check-ins a few times leading up to the month-of, both to make sure we were on-track and could help provide advice on some of the things we had no expertise in (how much time does it take for people to eat dinner? how do we move everyone inside after happy hour?).
We got married on November 2nd, 2019, which for anyone that lives in California, you'll remember as falling at the tail-end of a 6-day PG&E forced power outage through most of Northern California, including Mendocino. This meant that in the week leading up to our wedding, we had vendors back out who could no longer get supplies to the area in time, meaning we had to come up with quick alternate options, and make a mitigation plan in case the power didn't come back online, all without power through the area. Zoe was truly a lifesaver, staying in touch with all of our vendors/hotels to get a pulse on what things we're looking like, and finding a last-minute dessert option through her local connections in the Mendocino community.
Especially in a time of uncertainty (as the next few years look like they'll be), Zoe has both a wealth of local knowledge / relationships, and a calm presence that will keep you relaxed both leading up to the wedding day and day-of. -

Zoe was an excellent day-of coordinator for our recent wedding in Mendocino. She went above and beyond. She's very articulate, responsive, knowledgable, helpful, detail-oriented, and was very communicative with our vendors. Sometimes hiring vendors in Mendocino can be hit-or-miss. Zoe was a huge hit, and I'd recommend her for any sort of event planning. -

Zoë was AMAZING! We hired her to be a month of/day of coordinator and I wish I could have had her along for the whole process. She was very organized and knowledgeable about our venue and helped us to think of things we definitely would have forgotten. She was also amazing on the day of the wedding and kept everything running smoothly and calmed down both the bride and groom. She was a joy to work with and I kind of wish she could just organize my life for me now too :-D -

Our wedding was STUNNING
Our wedding was beautiful and Zoe handled all of our complicated venue changes wonderfully... she also managed to diffuse a lot of family tension somehow and was extremely supportive of me (the bride) when I got stressed out.
We had a vintage RV trailer bar, an ice cream bar, a whiskey tasting bar, and a caterer and band from out of town!
I would recommend Zoe 100% to anyone looking to get married on the California coast. You need a lot of support and words of wisdom in the wedding-planning time, far more than you originally realize, and Zoe's the woman for the job! -

Thank you, Sarah for being such an awesome team player! Sarah was a pleasure working with for a wedding we did video for this summer. She is kind and communicative. We appreciated her attention to detail to make sure we had enough time for all the shots we needed to make a stunning wedding video for the couple. This team is a team of professionals! Would recommend!
