So... everything went very smoothly and I got a wonderful surprise from my uncle. My dad passed away 7 years ago and wanted my dad’s oldest brother to walk me down the aisle. I ended up not asking him because he has a daughter that he walked , so I figured he would want to keep that a a one time memory. But.. he waited outside for me and said “it would be an honor to walk you down the aisle.” Cut to me trying really hard not to burst into tears. All in all it was a wonderful day.
