How exciting! I have no tips because I’m still 7 months out, but try to enjoy this time.

Write down a list of everything that's supposed to happen that day (including when each vendor arrives if you don't have a planner/DOC) and what you need for each step. Buy or plan for anything you don't already have. If you like being alone, try to build some time for yourself into the day of your wedding, and some time for just yourself and your fiancé the day before.

Set up your "morning of" bag well in advance. I forgot like five things, including our license. Plan that the morning of will go FAST. Hair and makeup will fly by. So make sure your picture plans are also laid out. I do wish I had worked on more of a shot list with our photographer, because after the ceremony was stressful with him just asking us what we wanted and us having to decide on the fly. Those little details like the perfectly made favors? Eh. I had cookies made like our dog and no one saw them lol. Just don't stress the small stuff!
