Today marks 100 days from our rehearsal and 101 days from our wedding. I cannot believe we are at the final count down.
So much progress has been made over the last few weeks:
- Invitations and rehearsal dinner invitations are packaged and ready to mail next week
- Received our toasting flutes, guest book, bridal party and parents gifts
- Transportation confirmed
- Hair & Makeup team confirmed getting ready location
- Information sent to our Officiant and pending a meeting
- My wedding band is in the ‘cart’ just need to hit purchase!
- Purchased my rehearsal dress
- Purchased card box/keepsake box
- Saturday, we had our ’90 Day’ details meeting with our venue; just need to lock down a few minor details at the ’30 Day’ meeting.
- Sent a draft timeline of the two days to family so they can plan accordingly
- Thursday, I have my first dress fitting
- In two weeks, we are scheduling our cake tasting for August
- August we have our food tasting
Doesn’t seem like much left to do:
- Work on our playlist for the DJ and schedule a meeting with him,
- Purchase the best man’s gift,
- Purchase our accessories (necklace for me, rehearsal jacket and wedding day shoes for him),
- Get fiancé fitted for his ring and suit
- Get him fitted for his suit
- Final Payments in September
- Apply for our Marriage License!
When you start typing it all out, it seems so really, FINALLY!
