10/23/21 bride here! My fiancé and I did almost the exact same thing and made the date about a year or more ago lol! I got my reception and catering booked, but I’m not sure how far I should get ahead right now!

Hi I am getting married on the same day!!! So exciting. So far I booked our venue, photographer, and videographer. Still a lot to go. What are your plans so far?!

Just booked the venue, caterer, and dj. I want to have everything done asap as i am working 6 days a week and going to school.

10-23! Wow, I feel so under-accomplished! All I've done is book our venue, we actually sign the contract tomorrow! I have colors picked out, and we're working on menus. I've looked at dresses online, and picked a few out that I like, but I'm waiting to go shopping until future MIL and possibly future SIL can go (SIL is getting married around the same time, and my mom passed 2 months ago yesterday, so I asked MIL to go with me), but it seems like our schedules never line up. We're all big on DIY, creating has been almost a kind of therapy since my mom died, so I want to make a lot of the decorations that the venue doesn't already have. I've been having a lot of trouble focusing, though, and I feel very overwhelmed about it all. If anyone has any suggestions, they'd be appreciated!

10/23/21 bride here!!! Hey wedding date twin!! I feel like I took the easy road... well to me anyway. We are doing a destination wedding in Cancun which covers the majority of the BIG items. So far we have about 80 friends and family members RSVP so now I just wait. I found a photographer and videographer because I didn’t want to use the one provided by the resort, I’ve picked out my dress and the color for my bridesmaids! Everyone will need a vacation after this year!! I can say I am so excited that I don’t know what to do with myself.
