10/7/2021 couples - we are less than a year away! How’s the wedding planning going!? Why did you pick this date? Where are you in the wedding planning process?

We picked this date because we postponed from October 2020 and a weekday wedding was our only option without a price increase. We are pretty much at a stand still with planning until after the holiday then it’s time to get things done like purchase a few decor times, bridal party gifts, book honeymoon, grooms attire, cake & food tasting, and my dress alterations. Everything else is basically done since our venue is all inclusive.

I’m getting married on this date as well!! It was much cheaper to get married during the week in the morning than at night! I just booked my caterer and photographer! Also just finished sending out my save the date cards! It’s very exciting!!

We chose the date because it’s our 10 year anniversary it works out because we have a baby due in March and COVID was this year. Hoping it goes well next year and not too many people moved to our date.

That's awesome! Congratulations on your wedding and pregnancy! We were originally planning an early ceremony and reception but when we postponed, it was the same price for daytime or evening.

I'm a date twin as well! We have our venue picked out, and we're currently looking at photographers. I'm really nervous that I'll forget something lol it almost seems too easy to plan
