Is it possible to lose at least 15 pounds in 3 months. My dress should be here the end of May so I would like to be down 10 pounds by then. What can I do to drop these pounds...I have already been off of soda for about 2 mts and have gained about 6 lbs since then. Also I am always tired and out of...

Also I am always tired and out of energy, I went to the doctor and everything is normal. Are you ladies taking any vitamins or things like womans one a day to help gain energy. Oh and I have been drinking about 7 bottles of water a day.

I have been doing Weight Watchers since January and have lost 20 lbs. I highly recommend it because the plan allows you to eat whatever you want, but its all about portion control. Also the new plans has fruits and veggies as free-bees so I always have plenty of guilt free things to snack on! I also work out at least 5 times a week, usually running 3 days and circut training 2-3 days. Good luck!

I thought about weight watchers...do y'all go to the meetings or does the online program give you the same results

I don't like drinking water either...I found it better to put it in the freezer until its icy and the gulp it on down...I also do the crystal light packets for lunch and dinner..are those bad, should I just have straight water all day?

My sisters and my mother did weight watchers and had a lot of success with it.They went to meetings. My pants started to get tight. I didn't need to lose weight, but I wanted to start eating healthier. I started tracking my points and didn't go to meetings. I lost 5 lbs easy. It's a great way to track how and what you eat. Good Luck!

I take lots of B vitamins, eat lots of yogurt (greek for breakfast), have an apple with reduced fat PB for lunch at work with some whole grain/bran cereal. Try raising your veggie and protein intake...that will help you feel less hungry. I lost 60 lbs when I moved to Ohio. I went from standing all day in one place with a ranch style house...to moving into essentially a townhouse (3 stories) and doing stock/moving furniture for a living. I hear stairs are the best way to burn calories! Good luck!

I do weight watchers online and have gotten good results. They make it so easy to track food and workouts. I know some people say they only do good if they go to the meetings, but I feel like I am trying to loose weight for myself and therefore I look foward to my weekly weigh in day. You don't have to over do water, 8-10 glasses is considered good. If drinking crystal light makes drinking it easier I say to stick with it. I recently cut out diet soda because I was starting to drink it way too much and its really not good for you anyway. Its all a matter of doing what is right for you, cause in the end if your not happy on the diet, then you def won't stick to it!

I do weight watchers online I have lost 30lbs since January, I love it. It is a little easier to keep yourself motivated if you go the meetings because you have someone else seeing your gain or loss. But you can also do the buddy system My sisters and I are doing it together so on our weigh days we call each other and ask what the results are... If you need a buddy let me know I can PM you or we can exchange numbers good luck!

Congrats by the way! What about joining Weight Watchers short term on line for 3 months. The plan really does work if you actually follow it Smiley smile Otherwise...get moving, park farther, no elevators and move during commercials. Your doing great on your water intake! No juices or seet teas which is very popular down south Smiley smile Make your snacks fruit and veggies, have a protein shake when you don't have ime for a meal and trying not to then enter someones drive thru Smiley smile I would start a women's one a day or something like that, maybe you will feel a boost! Overall I guess more protein and less carbs. Best of luck!

To help with what a small portion of food is, it's 8 ounces of food (a cup). Also, eat slow and try to stretch your meal to 20 mins. I think Weight Watchers is one of the greatest plans out there. However, I've never used them but understand how it works. You can also find a nutrionist that is cheaper than WW. That's what I did last year. Lost 18 lbs in 3 months, last year.

I have been taking dexatrim max. To be honest, it's just a multivitamin - mostly b vitamins (supposedly makes you not so hungry all the time) and caffeine. I've also been doing weights because I swear, I'm allergic to sweat. Okay, maybe not. But I hate running and the sweat that results from it. I've lost 15 pounds in 4 months - not the most impressive but I'm not really trying that hard either.

Make sure you are sleeping a good 8 hours a night, that should help with the fatigue, and the awesome part about working out - is at first it makes you tired, but after about a week your energy level starts to go up as well as your metabolism.

Try to eat a good breakfast and lunch, and a smaller dinner. Walk in the evenings at a moderate pace for a good 30-45 minutes either around your neighborhood, or at the gym. If you have access to a treadmill walking at a slight incline will also help burn the calories and get your heart rate up.

Minimize your caloric intake to 1500 to 1800 a day, eat lots of fruits and veggies (raw if possible), watch your salt, butter, and sugar intake and keep them to a minimum. Try to eat grilled meat, not fried. And switch all your dairy products to 1% or non-fat (cheese, yogurt, milk, etc). Don't skip meals, just eat smaller portions. If you are very strict about eatting smaller portions your stomach will shrink in about a week.
