We have to start planning our wedding all over again thanks to our venue going out of business.. our date is Aug 20,21 Sooooooo I need help!

Has anyone gotten married in a field or on a ranch that isn’t a venue?? Like a family or close friends land or even Airbnb. We are planning on doing it more ourselves type of wedding. Our budget is only about $10,000 now for an entire wedding(already have photographer and videographer) but need everything else .. Id love to see anyone’s photos or idea of their ceremony and receptions. We are trying to plan from scratch and don’t even know where to start. Thank you!!

    Take a look at eventective.com. be aware you will need to rent tables/chair/toilets. It can be done but you will have to get creative and rent pretty much everything.

    My wedding is at our ranch, I’d say the biggest thing to focus on is how you will be going about restrooms and event rentals. Because without those two things you don’t have a venue. And also those are pretty costly!! But I would start from there and don’t forget things like you will need generators and lighting. Stuff that normal wedding venues you don’t have to think about so it’s not on wedding planning checklists

    Hi Veronica! About how many guests are you thinking??

    If it's a really small group (like 15 or under) you could do an AirBnB or rental! I'd also look at facilities you can rent through the local parks & rec department!
