2 Day Wedding Celebration......

Since we can't go on a honeymoon (FH job situation) we are going to have a two day celebration. The day after the ceremony and reception we along with the help of family members are going to have a party/ cook out celebration the following day. My FSIL suggested a themed party possibly a luau and bring the islands to us. I was sad @ first because we had to postpone the honeymoon but I am now excited again.

    That's what we are doing as well....except its a weekend long thing!! I couldn't get off and my FH will be on vacation Smiley sad

    Kimberly, you will have so much fun! That was one of the best parts of our wedding......hanging out with our families, just having a good time!

    That's a great idea. sorry im going to have to steal this lol. most of my fh family is coming from out of town and i was trying to think of what to do with them because they are taking off from work and most will be on vacation. thanks!!

    That's something that is done a lot in other countries. Also, some people do brunch with their families the next morning as well in the states.
