2 Week Rapid Weight loss!

Nikki, on December 27, 2014 at 7:51 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 18

Hey ladies!! So weight loss is always a hard topic and everyone has an opinion! I promise you right from the beginning this really works! I am a huge critic and always say diets do not work, but I kid you not this diet worked for every person in my family (if only I could get the fh on board). Anyways after having my son my weight is not where I would like it to be, but this diet worked, In just 2 weeks!! Okay so I am not a huge fan of Dr. Oz (he changes his mind every day on his beliefs, but his 2 week rapid weight loss works! I chose to continue the diet for 2 months and in just 2 months I lost 30lbs!! If you go on his website and search 2 week rapid weight loss it will give you the instructions and diet plan, but basically no carbs, dairy, sugars, etc. I even lost 6 1/2 inch and now fit in my dress! Which is a relief because I'm getting married 01/30/15. Check it out and let me know how it works! Our jeweler and Davids Bridal team are on the diet now too!! Good luck!!

Ex personal trainer must chime in: 30lbs in 4 weeks is NOT healthy. Even if you were severely obese. Please be careful with this kind of stuff.

ETA: a balanced diet of nutritional foods, not overindulging, actually does work. I lost 40 lbs by plain eating better. It took 6 months, and its been off for 6 years now

So I too worked at a gym and yes you can lose weight that quickly. Especially if you have a lot to lose! Every body type is different. Feel free to view other results on his site. I didn't starve myself, just ate right.

You look amazing, congrats!!! You getting g close so I'm happy you fit into your dress, I can't imagine the dress you were feeling.

Just be careful with the completely cutting out carbs part. Good carbs are healthy(brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes and yams etc.) and they fuel your brain. Cutting them out completely will make it very hard for your body to process them when you add them back in) and you will eventually have to). This seems like a good kick start to weightless. But I would be careful about balancing your diet in for long term.

So if you look at the diet it allows half a cup of brown rice a day so you still have some carbs in your life but it cuts most of them out! And again ladies this is just something helpful I found, if you aren't interested, than don't try it! It's just a suggestion I have found that worked!

    Nicely done!

I don't follow any diet, but I have cut out pop and only have certain foods in moderation; I also stay away from chips because I was seriously addicted to them a few months ago. I'm a big girl, so me losing this much weight since the start of October isn't all that surprising -- I have lost 33 pounds! I also exercise a lot (mostly Zumba, aerobics, etc.)

So yay for weight loss! You look incredible. Smiley smile

Depending on how much you have to loose, 1-3 lbs per week is typically healthy.

If you're cutting carbs, some of that is water weight. Your body uses more water to store energy from carbs, so when you don't have those to store, you are loosing the water.

Not trying to burst anyones bubble. Just being realisitic. Eating well and working out is a fantastic thing to do for your body. Fuel it correctly, be active, and that's all you need.
