2020 Brides!!!

Dam!!!! I am so behind lol.. mine is Agust 2020 and I have nothing!! Literally nothing lol... I need to step up and start looking and planning...

Heyyy! I got engaged 11/18/18!! We have our date (May 16th, 2020), Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, and officiant.

Engaged 10/6/18! We're thinking December 2020, either the 5th or the 12th. Other than that we have next to nothing planned lol. Honestly I thought I was kind of crazy for even starting to think of planning this far out, but it's nice to see there's other 2020 brides on here too!

My FH and I technically been engaged since the beginning of 2018. We put a ceremony/reception on the back burner and decided to go to the justice of the piece (also I just was laid off,). Then right after Christmas, I found an amazing job with higher pay and he has a great job too, so we back on!! So far we have my bridesmaids picked, his groomsmen except he needs 1 more person, we have booked our photographer (doing engagement photos April 2019), our date (April 25, 2020), and selected our venue (which unfortunately cant be reserved until end of this December early January 2020).

Speaking from experience, as the wedding gets closer you will begin to notice little details that will begin to become expensive. It’s a good idea to start slowly buying things so you don’t have big hits at the end! ie- alcohol, wedding bands etc

Hey girl heyyyy!!!! I am May 2020 and I have my venue, event stylist, photographer, DJ and bridal party. We are paying for it ourselves (no loans just sheer savings!) so i had to start early to get a jump start on things.

June 27 2020! We just booked the venue and we have our bridal party picked (have not asked yet since it's still pretty far out) and going to a bridal show today to look at some vendors! We weren't gonna start this early but some of the venues we looked at were already starting to book for 2020 so I wanted to get a headstart!

August, 28, 2020! We also have our venue and bridal party done... Next on our list is DJ and photographer!

I got engaged october 2018 and we're getting married June 5th, 2020. I have venue, DJ, caterer, cake Baker, day of coordinator. But my venue is all inclusive so I got that all in one!

Sept 19,2020, we have our venue, bridal party, DJ, and officiant.

Same here!! We got engaged Oct 13, 2018 and are getting married 3/21/2020. We have our venue, our bridal and grooms party

Got engaged October 2018. Planning wedding for July 2020. We have only have our bridal party picked. Having trouble finding a venue.

Congrats ❤️ I got engaged September 2018 and getting married May 17,2020 so far we have venue, both bridal parties, photographer, and almost videographer checked off, and I purchased my wedding dress

Mine will be fall of 2020, we've decided on wanting a hometown ceremony and smallish party for my family and our mutual friends here. Then we'll to somewhere tropocal with my parents' timeshare and invite any of our friends and my family who can afford it, and have her family fly there from Thailand and we'll have another ceremony. We're starting our hometown guest list and are working out who would probably want to go to the destination one. We decided our color scheme (navy blue, rose gold, and light grey/silver) and are brainstorming places to have our hometown ceremony and party.
And sounds like a lot but I feel like I'm behind too, lol.

My wedding is 6/20/2020 and I may be way ahead . Lol we are doing a destination wedding in Mexico and we are able to do payment plans first payment is due in July of this year. I pretty much have everything done since it's an all inclusive wedding package only thing left is picking out my wedding dress, accessories and bridesmaids dresses.

You’re doing good... I got engaged 11/10/18, we decided on August 28 or 29, 2020. We have checked out about 5 venues, but no commitment (exhausting).. I would prefer to go to the court house but My FH wants a big shindig.. Maybe February I’ll feel bridal and start trying to plan again. Congratulations to you..

We got engaged on 11/11/18. I don’t have anything big picked because I have so many loving family/ friends that are wanting to do things. I have a day of coordinator, decorator, cater, servers, wedding party (only person I’ve asked is my MOH so we can go the the bridal shows), and engagement picture photographer. Again all these people are family/friends that wanted to help. We are just have a reception because we are going to the courthouse for the actual wedding and then about 5 months later we are have the reception.
