Congratulations! We got engaged August 2-2018.. So far we got bridal party chosen,venue,reception,colors,menu picked. Hotel picked. FH is paying for our honeymoon and hasn’t told me where’s we’re going. STD magnets chosen,(we take engagement pictures in February) I have all of my DIY projects Saved on Pinterest and will start working on them sometime in April. .... Happy Planning 🍷

We got engaged January of 2018 and are getting married March of 2020!

I would say you're actually ahead of the game (which is good!!). We had all of our venues and vendors booked by August of 2018. We booked everything right away because we wanted to make sure we got the exact date we wanted (March 21, 2020)!

Right now we're just slowly working on décor since we're doing a lot of it DIY and I want to make sure I utilize the 14 months I have left to make sure that all of our décor is spot on!

May 23,2020! Wow, I am just starting. I found a bakery and venue but I have not booked yet.

We are getting married 7/2/20 and already have the venue booked, wedding party picked out, dress paid for, and wedding design/ theme picked out. My sister and i are going to start DIYing some things this summer to make sure it will look nice for the wedding day

I am April 2020, been planning since June 2018 and we were engaged April 2018. I have the venue, date, photographer, caterer, dj and photo booth booked and have picked my bridesmaids and purchased my dress. We also have received a guestbook as a gift. My girls have picked their dresses but haven’t bought them, and I decided to rent my florals from an online place.

We also got engaged in November and are tying the knot in October 2020! So far we scheduled our engagement pictures for March/April depending on when the cherry blossoms bloom, put together a rough draft of our guest list, and booked our venue.

Originally wedding date was 9/1/19 9 days before my birthday but our wedding was pushed back to 1/11/2020. Which we are actually getting married on our 10 anniversary back together and FH birthday day.

I’m getting married August 30th 2020! So far we have our church booked/deposit down, photographer/videographer, DJ, reception venue picked out (just waiting on confirmation), and wedding colors picked out. Best of luck and congratulations!! Enjoy the process!

My date is February 2020 and we have (as of this weekend) our venue (which does catering, flowers and decor, and dj) , wedding party selected but not fully asked, response cards and invitations designed, a basic guest list, my dress was bought, as are my shoes, and we've selected the men's attire selections. We also have a scheduled meeting for our officiant and probable photographer(s) lined up. I was engaged easter of '17, but didnt really do much planning until about 2 months ago. I'm pretty sure im just way ahead of schedule, but that's a good thing. It sounds like you're on track, you still have over a year and a half to go!

Got engaged in October 2018 and getting married April 2020 - we have done exactly as much as you. We haven’t officially asked the wedding party yet (but they all know they’re being asked so it’s just a formality at this point). Next step for us is caterer and photographer & videographer.

Engaged 12/10/18 decided on 10/10/2020 as the date and have booked the venue and my venue is all inclusive “ cake, rentals, sound system, lighting, food, setup and breakdown, staff to flip the room and assist with dinner and cocktail hour Working on dress shopping 17 months out and finding a photographer

I'm October 2020 as well, getting married on 10/9/2020! We have venue, caterer, bridal party and band!

I'm ready to finish with all the big stuff so we can focus on the small stuff! Hopefully by the end of this month, we will have all of our vendors picked out and be done with deposits!

I'm right there with you. We're going for our tasting on May 20th, because I want to meet with all the venue's preferred vendors pretty early on to figure out if I want to hire them or need to keep looking. I've started buying little things to make our centerpieces with because I know what I want and wanted abhead start. I'm planning to start dress shopping in the next few weeks. I think you're right on track!
