View Quoted Comment We actually put our deposit down for our venue and our venue came with a wedding planner! With being a longer engagement it was nice because she gave me a timeline what I could be doing to get ahead to limit stress down the road.

We’re planning 02/02/2020 and am feeling better about the overwhelmingly long to do list. We found our venue and our photographer I asked my bridesmaids a year ago bc we’ve already been engaged for a bit. We have a baby and are expecting our second summer 2019 so that’s why we’re pushing it back and back again. Becoming a mom of two at 27 is already a journey back to sanity before the stresses of wedding planning. I’m just hoping it’ll be warm enough for an outdoor wedding.

I am an October 2020 bride. I just started looking at venues. We have our first venue tour this weekend.

I know I have time but there's still so much to do.

Im getting married February 2020 on leap day! leap year :-)

Honestly we are paying for this ourselves and we do not want to feel stressed closer to the day,

I have already paid the deposit on our photographer and DJ. We are putting the deposit tomorrow at the venue. We are going to slowly pay off what we can and put towards the wedding now. I have already shopped with my bridesmaids and we found their dress. so they know what to get and we knwow what the groomsmen will wear. I am honestly trying to knock out as much as I can early so I can relax and enjoy my bachlorette and showers later on down the line and only focus on paying. I am already looking for our other vendors. It is NEVER to soon and even now I have so much going on that I get steered away from planning so imagine when it is closer to the wedding I do not have time for that.

It's gonna be October 2021 for us, so far, I have chosen a venue and put down the deposit, chosen my colors, wedding party, and started on the guest list. I've been looking at invitations and flowers(Im doing fake) but just for ideas, not settling on anything else yet

October 10, 2020 here! We've booked the venue (for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) and photographer so far. I've reached out to a florist, and will be contacting a bakery I have in mind soon. Next I'm going to work on the DJ and officiant.

I've already got my colors, wedding party, and rough guest list done as well. I plan on taking my time with some of the "fun" stuff, like invitations, centerpieces, etc. I won't be shopping for my dress until the summer.

I probably wouldn't be so far into planning if we didn't have such a popular date, but I want to get a lot done before the holidays this year, since I assume a lot of couples will be getting engaged then!

Hiiiiii future brides of 2020 i am getting married on 06/20/2020 and couldn’t be happier!! I feel like it gives everyone time to situate if that makes sense. So first things first in tips start off working on your guest list and wedding party if you haven’t done so already with your spouse, it makes things go a lot smoother when trying to think about venue and reception.

My future wife and i have been writing all of our guests and wedding party and general wedding info all on a notepad we have synced on our iPhones and it’s been a life saver. I am able to see any changes she’s made and vice versa.

I’m getting married November 7th we just booked our photographer that’s it in May we will book our venue!

We have been bouncing around with ideas and changes for months now. It seemed like every idea or date we had someone had a comment or an issue with it. I was also getting really annoyed with the thought of paying $100+ per person for people who felt the need to make little snarky comments about our wedding or talk about us behind our backs. Over the weekend my FH asked me what my dream idea for our wedding was and I said a small beach wedding. We decided to do it! As of right now it's just going to be us and our children. I really don't want to add anyone else but "if" we do it will just be our parents and siblings. I don't have any stress anymore and I'm actually excited to get married. And we won't be telling anyone about our plans anymore!!

We are planning for May 23, 2020. We have a venue, DJ, alcohol supplier, part of our catering, my dress, our wedding party, the officiant, ceremony musicians, transportation, lodging. We are really moving along and I'm loving it. I love to plan ahead and be over prepared.

I do! Lol wedding pun, sorry. Well my fiance and I have a venue in mind but we really haven't nailed down anything concrete yet and I am going to look into booking a photographer, venue, and caterer first and foremost by spring of next year hopefully. Latest by summer next year. I plan to keep things simple and sweet like my hubby to be and me lol.
