2020 Wedding Anxieties

So it's funny because I was just talking about this very thing with my step-sister. Yeah, it sure has been a tricky year to plan a wedding with COVID and everything else going on that's for sure! I have had many many people tell me I am crazy to keep the wedding going but at the end of the day, I just want FH and I to finally be married and enjoy!! I think if we stick together and keep the focus on the little things here and there it'll get better and focus on being able to marry our SOs then I think we got this!!! We got this!!

It's been a challenging year, but pressures, I haven't felt them. I get a lot of 'everything still on" but I answer with honesty and not focus on the things we can't control. I will marry my best friend in 30-days and that's all that matters at the end of the day.

If there was a set end date to all this madness, I could understand why weddings were being postponed until then, but very little has changed with no end in sight. As long as your venue, county, state allows it and you're good with whatever restrictions are in place (chances are it will be that way 2021 at least) then I say have your wedding! This is our new norm for now and we need to learn how to manage and live with it and accept if some people are not comfortable attending.
