2021 and 2022 weddings what's your wedding budget? Are you in budget or over/under?

View Quoted Comment Most of our declines were from people who live overseas (we knew they wouldn't come but "had to" invite them anyway). A handful declined for health reasons (immunocompromised, or recovering from surgery so they couldn't travel). Not sure if these would apply to your guest list.


You don't really "need" a B list; unless you send invites out way early, people will realize they were your second choice and that may cause hurt feelings.

Hi Bridget I did have a budget now from the beginning I have been looking for bargains even with all of my vendors. Something that we discussed with others suggestions that thought it thru. Our venue cost is very low under 4k and then I crossed off bartenders so we have open bar but certain drinks we have thought thru to server like wines, Sangrias different types of beers which is not costly buffet style. I bought all of our leins and dinnerware etc. Alot of DIY projects bridal party attire and accessories were on sale as well. And alot more ways too not going over budget so I say that we are not at the 20k mark yet
