Hello Brides and Congratulations. I am getting married 5/22/2021. We live in VA. Where are yall from and how is planning and what COVID restrictions are messing everything up? As of right now am stilling planning as if there will be normalcy by May 22, 2021. But as we come into the new year and getting closer I feel as if our dreams will not happen. Now I am not planning on changing my date and hopefully we will not have to change our honeymoon reservations. But only time will tell.

    Funny. What made you change your mind?? You're right though. February is coming fast. A little too fast if you ask us lol. Our wedding is the 6th. We were gonna go on our honeymoon the week after but just postponed it to September for our birthdays.

    I'm in the Los Angeles area, which has been in the news a lot. The outdoor dining ban has definitely challenged us in terms of handling the reception. Not sure if we should be ordering individually packaged food for the ceremony guests and cancelling the reception altogether, or just try to make it work Smiley sad

    I told the FH. That I was not changing the date we married. And he said we are not changing the Honeymoon dates, lol. We did talk and did decide that if things are restrictive, like right now we will postpone the celebration till a later date.

    Yes, trying to stay positive. I'm a little worried because of my Daddy, he is terrified of COVID. But I am trying to show him I am taking all the precautions I can.
