As of now, we are! We postponed from November 2020 to November 2021. We will now have a three-year engagement, and I am getting sick of waiting! LOL So this country better get its act together and get this pandemic under control ASAP! 😂 Have you rescheduled a 2020 wedding to 2021?

Yes, we naïvely thought when we postponed it in April 2020 the pandemic would be over. So we moved it from 7/11/2020 to 7/24/2021. I am moving forward and not waiting anymore and just having a wedding according to whatever COVID guidelines are in place in the state of MD. My venue thinks I will be ok based on the July 2020 guidelines they were able to do up to a 100 under the 7/20 guidelines.

We definitely thought the pandemic would be a thing of the past by the time our new date rolled around also! Who on earth would have ever guessed this craziness would still be going on?! Hopefully with the vaccine rolling out soon, plus the warm weather getting people back outside, it’ll be safe to proceed with your wedding in July.

We are! Our wedding originally was schedule for July 2020, but then postponed to July 17, 2021. We are moving forward with it. Only thing is it’s a Destination wedding in Sanibel , Florida & we are all flying down from Philadelphia 😅. We had a med-sized guest list to begin with, but most people still seem to want to come. Crossing my fingers that things get a little better in the next few months just so that our guests feel comfortable!

Getting nervous. Got engaged June 2019 so most of my vendors were booked before covid. Im July 10, 2021 and yes im happy I picked July but right now weddings arent allowed unless its 10 people. I have 250 people. and in 6 months I dont see that happening. Planning to reach out to vendors in the new year and figure out a better plan? No matter what were getting married! just might have to move the party to a safer date. I just want this all over with. I wanted vegas to begin with haha

    July 2020 to February 2021

We are older in life so we don’t want to keep postponing unless there is another government shutdown. We cut our guest list just to close family and bridal party.
