Now, that being said...why I came here! Has anyone tried the 21 Day Fix? We just wrapped up our first bridal shower (FMIL threw one) and I realized yesterday that maybe my fitness plan hasn't been going as well as I'd hoped. Has this worked? Would you recommend it?

I love the 21 day fix. I just need to start the meal plan. What I like is that you do get toned and I like that on days where you might feel weak, you can follow Kat the modifier. She's great.

I have done the 21 Day Fix a few times. I had a hard time sticking to it for the full amount of time, but I saw results when I did it. It's definitely hard to adjust to though and you really have to be committed to it.

Not that I'm trying to downplay the 21 Day Fix, but is it basically portion containers and exercise DVDs? It just seems like a really high price. That being said... Since it sounds like it works, I might browse eBay to find a better price!

I just bought 21 Day Fix today and can't wait to get started! Our engagement pictures are in 2 weeks so if I can lose even a few pounds before then, I'll be happy. I've been working out and eating healthy for a month and haven't lost a pound, and I'm so frustrated. I hope this helps!

My in laws did it! They started it in March and followed it very strictly! They did it for 3 months and now are slowly adding things back into their diet but working out every day! My father in law has lost 40lbs and is still losing weight. My mother in law has lost 15. Also harder for women, but they both look great!

Hello everyone, I was looking through the message boards and saw this posting. To Almost Ms. Wright. I have done P90X and Insanity multiple times. Contact me if you would like more information. As for the 21 day fix it is one of the best workout programs men/woman can do at home. I am a Beachbody coach. Please ask any question and I will answer them. I am getting married in March of 2016 and decided to stop eating INandOut and take control of my body once again before the big day.
