3 Fat Chicks On A Diet

Sam, on February 24, 2012 at 12:10 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 6

Hey gals,

So I have been a Weight Watchers member since september 2011, and I personally think I have done very well. 33 pounds down. My only problem is last week I gained for the first time and it was a whole pound and a half! I was totally shocked because I dont think I did anything different from and other week, I was really hard on myself and quite down after I got off the scale.

Then I discovered 3FC. Its a fantastic website with a great forum section. Great motovation if anyone needs a kick in the butt. I spent hours on there reading other members storys and when I logged off I realized, its only 1 week and I will bounce back on track with hard work.

So if any of you ladies need that extra push I would suggest 3 fat chicks. I am weighing in again tomorrow so wish me luck. I tracked every day this week and worked out 5 out of 7 days.

Thanks girls Smiley smile

Hope you did well! 3FC is one of my favorite diet sites - I love being able to read about what other people are doing. I also like the tracking on sparkpeople.com.

One week is no big deal! Just get back on and continue changing your life!! Trust me it is worth it...I am within 16 pounds of goal (100 lbs) and I have really slowed down..It gets tougher towards the end but 33lbs in a true accomplishment and it shows you are changing your life! Sometimes I think the scales just get sick of us losing so much and they turn on us! Smiley smile

Thanks for the website, I will be sure to check it out and I agree with The Future Mrs J, one week is definitely not enough to worry about!! Congrats TFMrs J for being so close to goal!! I have lost 40 lbs and am 100 lbs away from my goal and I have decided that even if I don't get there before the wedding, I know that I am on my way to being healthier and happier with my new self!! You should check out our little contest we are having on here.. It's all for motivating each other. We are all having fun and it keeps us going in the right direction. We just started it last weekend. Everyone weighs in and see who has lost the most in that week. Then they get to post a thread with the name everyone voted on and how much they lost.. You have done great, dont' let the little ole 1 1/2 lbs knock you down. If nothing else let it kick you in the behind to get you going again. I went through the same thing. I have been dieting since Nov 11, I have lost 20lbs and was on a stand still for a week. I changed my excersize habit and bam.. started losing more. Keep going girl you are and will keep doing great.

So I told you all that I would update you once I weighed today. Well I was down 2.8 and I am so happy. I guess 4 work outs this week plus tracking everyday paid off. I will be doing it again this week Smiley smile
