I just got engaged August 2nd, 2016 at Disney World and I'm incredibly excited to get married but I have to wait to start planning for our wedding, which will be in 2019, but I'm dying to start planning! Anyone else feel this way or have a long engagement?

I'm doing a 3 year as well! Got engaged 11/18/17 and planning a fall/winter 2020 wedding! We're using the 1st year to save money and then start planning at the beginning of 2019! Any of you do anything besides research the first year?? I'll probably wait until 2019 to propose to my bridesmaids! Thanks!
